Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:they asked further information. The ticket number I got for the case is [redacted]. I've talk to two of your agent this time, Mikon D. and Dyanne A. Plus, there is another agent whi i've talk to on last december 7. He even access to my computer to help me out, but both of your agent Mikon and Dyanne said they don't allow their agent to do that and cannot find a history of that under my account. Who was it then? I have all the emails I got that time but cannot remember either his name or ticket number. So I decide to capture all the conversation this time. But you know what? I thought Mikon is a chat bot until he connect me to Dyannr because he kept copy and paste his answer. Anyway I would like to1) get my money back2) unlink my paypal account from my account which you block me from3) know who was the agent 4) know if even there is a way to get my account back : because last time. The only answer I couldn't give was my credit card info because I paid you with my paypal. So the agent ask me to have an access to my computer and he put all the answers for me. So there was no answer left in blank to recover my account but that even didn't work. So that is why now i'm thinking you block me from my account to have my money for free. And I'm pretty sure i'll not be the only victim here. My skype ID is [redacted], and I used [redacted]@rit.edu to sign up which I no longer have an access to because I graduated like decades ago. The ticket number is [redacted].
Sincerely,

Complaint: [redacted]I am...
rejecting this response because: your response only takes care of one of this issues in the complaint which I resolved finally after 7 days if someone using my account and getting my information while your Support and supervisors were hanging up on me when I would call in as a 7 to 8 year customer I feel that your company only cares about the money the consumers spend on your products and not the service you offer it should not take over 2 days to get back into a account and now thirty days till I can play my Xbox and use my saves and files all cause your support could care less that my account was stolen your support is horrible and I'm most likely wasting my time when I could just switch to Sony so if we cannot come to a reasonable resolution I will sell my abox and buy a PlayStation where my security and my time spent with the company will be respected and taken seriously I'm asking for the company to do what they claim and provides good customer service Sincerely,[redacted]
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I have 10 service requests. Do you want all of those #s because I have them. Also, I NEVER received and notice when my HP computer came with Win 8 and an upgrade to Win 10. Unless you can prove I received such a notice. Your Win 10 upgrade required password to get into MY computer. You caused this. I still want the cost of service tech to repair my c omputer. Microsoft is widely known for their lousy customer service. You just keep proving it! Your Windows products should not require a password to open a personal computer. Sincerely,[redacted]
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,[redacted] I am afraid I do not know the meaning of a SERVICE REQUEST NUMBER to which you refer. You need to explain what that is. The letter in which I explained all of these problems & mailed you at customer service at 1 Microsoft Way on May 31 of 2016 has STILL NEVER been acknowledged or answered by Microsoft.

I am rejecting this response because:this is the exact same message they sent previously, i responded to this on 6-2-2017.

120$ wasted on the new office product! Microsoft does nothing Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,[redacted]
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because I still have access to my account's email, and know my password. So the fact that my account has been flagged for 'suspicious activity' should be my concern, and not your overzealous hands. I have been a loyal customer of Microsoft since 2011, and the way my claim has been handled is horrendous. No one ever contacted me for follow-up information, even far out of the timeframe your company provided. I have three Xboxes in the house, and since you guys allow downloading profiles to other Xboxes, there's no reason to flag my account for such. I have access to my email, and the fact that your company forces me to verify through means of a cellular device is a joke. I had that cellular device since September, and if I had updated my account in China, then I could see the problem and 'possible suspicious activity', but I haven't. When I provide my original console ID, and all of that other information (which I should not be required to do, as many people upgrade consoles), billing information, passwords, and still regularly receive emails from Microsoft, there is something you all can do. Or you guys can tell me how to unlock my saved games from the death grip your company has on them. I miss the days of a memory card that you plug in, and I only lived through the Gamecube and Wii. I'd like to play my games, that I've payed for, that I've spent hundreds of hours on, to retrieve my online friends' gamertags so I can contact them on a new (non-subscription Xbox Live Account). How is it fair if I have my original email that you guys contact me on every week? Hint: it's not.Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
Microsoft states that it has given me a number of options for solving my problem. I have said before, and I say again, that I have tried all the options offered they have not worked. The options refer me to screens that my computer does not access, they direct me to click on buttons that do not exist on my screen or, if they do exist, do not work as stated. They direct me to contact certain sources that my computer is unable to contact. Let me say again: I have tried to follow the directions offered by the company but they do not work. If they did work, I would not be pursuing this matter. I would have thanked the company and gone on about my business.
I have noticed a number of communications on the web trying to solve the same problem I am addressing. I take this as evidence that the solution is not as simple as the company claims and that I am not the only one who cannot find a solution.
I do not think that Microsoft is sincere in its claim that it is trying to help me solve the problem.
Sincerely,[redacted]
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and although I find it disgusting that a business creates products that don't even last 6 months I can see that the company is going to continue to be hard headed and put money before service.
Sincerely,
