Dear [redacted], Thank you for contacting Microsoft Corporation via the Revdex.com regarding your Surface issue. Unfortunately, your Surface warranty is only valid in the United States and will have to be serviced within the States. In order for your Surface to be serviced please...
visit the following site to register your Surface by clicking device repair. From the device repair page you may begin the service process by seeing if your Surface is in or out of warranty and if any costs will be applicable: (https://www.microsoft.com/surface/en-us/support/warranty-service-and-recovery/h...⇄ Please refer to the snipped quote below from the Surface Limited Warranty, Section 9: “This warranty is valid only in the United States of America and Canada.” (https://www.microsoft.com/surface/en-us/support/documents) (United States – English) SincerelyMicrosoft Corporation
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
My credit card has indicated that a refund has been issued by Microsoft Corporation.

I am rejecting this response because:This is precisely the nature of the rigmarole of my original complaint. It is unclear just how I am supposed to contact "[redacted]". I just want to cut off all associations! (I had one more monthly unauthorized $10.00 "recurring charge" to my credit card this morning.) I wasn't even able to find an account history because their website said I had no history.
Sincerely,

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
It doesn't fix anything. I already paid to have the computers repaired. If this many people are having an issue with Windows 10 eating hard drives, ruining RAM, and other things then why not just admit that it shouldn't have been released yet and refund the repair money that people have paid out. It's ridiculous that a company that makes billions cannot afford to help their customers fix what has been destroyed. It's even more ridiculous that Microsoft has over 1/2 the market covered and still has such horrible customer service. Read the complaint BEFORE giving me a canned response.
Sincerely,[redacted]
Dear [redacted],

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
If the console had broken because of something that I did, or because of wear and tear or age, then I would accept that you will not fix it because it is past it's warranty. However, it broke as a direct result of an "update" sent by your company. You broke my console, therefore, you are responsible for fixing it, regardless of when the warranty expired.
I also want to note that I find it highly suspicious that the console broke as a result of an update that you sent exactly two years to the day of when I purchased it. If I had purchased the extended warranty with my console, then the update that you sent that broke it would have broken it the day after the warranty expired! (I purchased the XBox on 12/12/13, and the update that you sent broke it on 12/13/15. Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: The "response" is the same as the previous ones. Microsoft has consumed at least 16 hours of my time, in person at its store, as well as on the phone, with no results. Microsoft can email to me the instructions on how to try to resolve the problem on my own, without wasting more of my time on the phone. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, as stated in my Revdex.com complaint, I want Microsoft to reimburse me for the two round-trips to its store in Burlington, MA. My Revdex.com complaint remains unresolved because Microsoft doesn't get it!
Sincerely,
[redacted]
