I am rejecting this response because: my account was hacked I had know knowledge of anything or what was happening this needs to be resolved by unbanning my account I had no knowledge of whatever you guys are saying I did try telling that to support and enforcement and have been not listened too I tried changing information on account by the time I had a chance to I was already banned for something I had no part of I have read on your forums of people getting band because of people reporting for no reason and the banning of accounts for no reason this needs to be further looked into and I am very disappointed on how this matter has been taken. I have been a memeber for ten years and hope on all purchase reimbursements, because I am not able to recover anything games, content etc.

It may have a 90 day warranty, but there have been millions of controllers sold that suffer from the same problem. It isn't right that Microsoft is allowed to sell a product with a known defect and force people to purchase replacements every 4-5 months.
