If they are asking about the case numbers of were I have called to the Microsoft tech support here they are they thought I was going to get rid of all my account numbers but they are wrong so here they are this first one is were I called when my laptop went blue screened the first time and they couldn't fix it [redacted] this all the case numbers were I have called the tech support number trying to get them to fix my laptop and the only solution from them was keep downloading the program or call maker of my laptop which will cost me not them but any way this should be what they were looking for

I look forward to hearing from y'all. I picked up the computer from repair a 2nd time, we both made sure to get the code right away and my computer is working fine now. The computer you guys corrupted made my wireless keyboard and mouse usb unresponsive so I had to purchase a new one. Aside from that, my computer is now up and runninging just fine. I still think you should be responsible for my 2nd repair and maybe the new wireless keyboard and mouse as well....Business Bureau:

Terms of Use, after a free, one-month trial, a credit card will automatically be charged in the following months until the subscription is cancelled, which is why customers are prompted to provide payment information at sign up. Additionally, due to Microsoft policy we are unable to provide refunds for charges made over 30 days prior, and as the agent explained, an exception has already been made with the refund you were provided.
We apologize that we are unable to provide your desired resolution, however are bound by Microsoft policy regarding this issue. At this time, Microsoft considers this case closed. We appreciate your time and have recorded your feedback.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: It was very kind of Microsoft to try responding to my complaint recently (an entire year after I initially made the complaint!), however I am going to have to respectfully decline any offer from them to resolve this issue since I have already used my OWN monies to purchase Windows 8.1 and Windows 7 Pro and Windows 10 Pro for a huge sum in trying to rectify my issues myself over this last year. This has been a very expensive and very frustrating issue for me that could have been avoided easily with Microsoft's help if they had given me a response and key for Window's 10 one year ago. It would appear to me that they intentionally avoided taking care of this issue sooner so that I would take care of it myself. What company takes a year to resolve Revdex.com issues??? I do not want Microsoft to contact me again, and I do not want the the Revdex.com to mark this down as a resolved issue since I have been forced to spend my own money to resolve this myself and have not been offered any monetary compensation of equal value for Windows 10 Pro from Microsoft.Sincerely,[redacted]

I was told I would be given a refund so they should give me my refund not just say sorry you were lied to and think everything is ok. I was told I would be given a refund more than once and by more than 1 representative. Microsoft should train their customer service representatives better so they don't mislead people.
