Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I do not consider this matter closed. I have been without a working controller for a month now. I have tried sending it in the the post office says they require a secondary address. I am unable to send in the defective one. If you truly care about your customers you will give me a call to discuss this matter. I can be reached at [redacted]. If I could send it in I would. If you don't believe me I will put you in a conference call with the post office.

The only number that was provided was from GLOBE TECHNOTONICS LLC is VN [redacted]. GLOBE TECHNOTON also stated that they or MICROSOFT were the only ones that could provide this service of removing viruses.
Received message from NORTON SECURITY that a 360 Security was in conflict with NORTON Security and recommended that the 360 Security be uninstalled. 360 Security was installed by GLOBE TECHNOTONIC. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory provided my account is credited. [redacted]

Upon receiving your updated shipping address, our agent states, the shipping of your unit will be expedited. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I find the offered resolution unacceptable. Your enforced upgrade, which I declined (but you just did it anyway against my wishes), destroyed my hard-drive making my computer entirely unusable. I cannot replace it for a $150 voucher. Your unethical behaviour is a disgrace and you have been pubicly reported for it within the UK and sued for it (successfully) in the US. In reslo se to my complaint you have repeatedly, but unssuccessfully tried to blame me, and then simply resorted to lying to me via the Revdex.com, suggesting you wish to 'work with me to find a solution'. Your customer service is shameful, your actions are entirely in breach of your own company ethical policy as well as acceptable business practice as clarified above. First, the response was extremely delayed, and I have already had to purchase a new computer during the time that has passed when I have been waiting for a response. As I stated in my initial complaint, I have already contacted support.microsoft.com several times, and my contact with this support service made my issue worse rather than better. This resulted in ruining my computer beyond repair due to fatal errors with Windows 10, and the support service was not able to assist me with repairing my computer (although they encouraged me to keep Windows 10 on my computer so that they could fix the errors). I am requesting reimbursement for the value of my computer at the time because of this. I would like to receive a personal response to my complaint, rather than an automated response. You still have not taken into my consideration my hate for this product & my loss of personal files. I am rejecting this response because: I was asked for backup information and a support case number.I have provided the attachments as proof of purchase and support emails. I never did receive a call from Level 2 Tech Support on the WIN 10 problems.I have explained the situation as best I can and am not satisfied with the results yet. This caused a 2 week downtime for my computer and frustration because of lack of support.I am still asking for a refund from Microsoft.
