I am rejecting this response because: I would very much accept this response but I think that something else should be done. Why is it that I am the one they are asking these questions? You dont make the victim prove their ownership you make the theif prove their ownership. I dont find it Right that an account that is rightfully mine is being taken from me because I cant prove my ownership over an email. I may not know 100% of the information but I know for a fact the person who stole it knows none of it. What about my credit card records? What about the profile saves and games on my system? What about the emails in my inboxes that prove everything was changed??? This is like putting a person in jail for being stolen from?? How does it make sense for me to get punished and them to get everything I payed for!? Because I dont know the overflow of information I'm expected to remember!? I do not even want a refund I want MY account back. This is wrong. They should be proving their ownership. I have nothing to fear if someone actually investigated. It is mine and I know without a doubt that would be proven if time and effort were actually put in. Someone do something!
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I have no way of contacting Microsoft. They did call me yesterday and left me a message stating that they will send me a link and if I click on it, it will be the first step to getting my account back. I did not receive a link yesterday or today. I called the number 425-882-8080 from which they called me and left the voicemail. I cannot get past the prompts. It just repeats. The person who left me the message did not leave an extension and her name was not clear on the message. The prompt wants a full name and I had a possible first name only (sounded like Tara). If you can have them send me a link at [redacted]@columbusstate.edu I will click on the link and answer any questions. I also would like a full name of a person who is contacting me so when I call back, I can get through their automated phone prompts.
Thank you for all of your help.Sincerely,[redacted]

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Corporation via the Revdex.com regarding an Xbox Live Subscription payment. We have reviewed your situation and while we understand your frustrations, we are unable to take the action you have requested. As the agent...
explained, we cannot force a promotion or price that it not readily available to our customers. Your best option may be to wait for another promotion on Xbox Live.

I am rejecting this response because:This is the same response they sent to my previous rejection response. I do not expect any further action - as long as Microsoft won't fix Skype's "forgot password" function, there is nothing I can do to recover my account. Please close this ticket, and leave the status as "rejected".
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: It isn't a solution. As it turns out I was able to downgrade, but there is a big difference between auto updating a security patch and an operating system. I did not accept your terms and conditions for windows 10.Sincerely,[redacted]
Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: The two continues to send correspondence to the wrong email.the product was in warranty when I first attempted to get them serviced in April and May.Microsoft continues to not honor the law. I have through the Revdex.com tried to resolve this. But Microsoft seems to want it perused in the local small claims court. With recorded conversations saying they would not warranties, I think a judge will uphold the law and I can recoup reimbursement for the several hours I have spent dealing with Microsoft's poor customer service and violation of the law.
Sincerely,
