I am rejecting this response because: As you can plainly see by their response, Microsoft is not trying very hard to offer assistance. This is a software/technology company and they are unable to locate my claim? Despite the fact that they have my current email address, my former email address (the one I am attempting to gain access to), and my NAME, they claim not to have enough information to look into my complaint. The basic information provided to them thus far should allow them to find my request doing a BASIC SEARCH. Again, it appears that they do not have the time to actually assign a living person to provide customer service, relying instead on automated systems to continue stonewalling until I give up. Why can't they simply provide a person to contact who can actually help me? Better yet, how about contacting me?That being stated, the last email from them stated that "Account recovery request [redacted] is now closed." I had a request number, but that request has been closed.I have attached their last email as proof. Claim number closed. No contact information. This is not acceptable.

I disagree with Microsoft "because they noted standing by there policy. I purchases a band for 242.00 dollars with a one year warranty. So with regards to standing by your policy is incorrect. I only hand the band for 3 months. I followed all of your warranty instructions to include photos emails and correspondence concerning your inadequate customer service concerning this matter. And it's very simple for your company to undermine a consumer on this issue. I only ask for you to do what is right. Thanks

connections cause a number of problems. It's always best to first check your connection if you're having issues with call quality.
Due to fluctuations in the public switched telephone network (PTSN) we cannot always guarantee the quality or reliability of calls made from Skype. Such issues are usually temporary, so if you have problems calling a specific number, we suggest trying again later.
Skype cannot guarantee that the Software, Products or Skype Websites will always function without disruptions, delay or errors. A number of factors may impact the quality of your communications and use of the Software, Products (depending on the Products used) or Skype Websites, and may result in the failure of your communications including but not limited to: your local network, firewall, your internet service provider, the public internet, the public switched telephone network and your power supply.
The charges payable for calling phones (outside of a subscription) consist of a connection fee (charged once, per call) and a per-minute rate as set out on www.skype.com/go/allrates.

The connection fee, where applicable, will be charged at the beginning of the call. Any fractional currency unit charges will be rounded up to the nearest whole minimum currency unit.
