(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)The fraud charges of $23.99 USD, $12.49 USD, $10.00 USD, and $62.99 USD have been determined fraud by [redacted], and as a result money were returned to me by [redacted]. Skype has done nothing, and cannot claim the credit for [redacted]'s timely work and responsiveness.The $11.63 has not been returned to me. Skype writes: "paid services can't be used". If Skype rejects to provide service, and they clearly do, they must return money. I request that this balance be returned to my bank account. Not some credit or whatever, but money in my bank account. Once this reimbursement is completed, I request that Skype permanently erases my banking data to avoid further fraud. Passage about computer viruses and password (btw, mine is randomly generated!) is misleading and it is not appreciated. Skype should know better than attempt to blame user for Skype's own mistakes.To summarize, to date, Skype has done *nothing* to address my original concerns.

I don't have any additional information to give. I signed up for Skype long ago (5 years? 10 years?) so I don't remember which credit card I used or what month I signed up. That is why the normal support channel doesn't work for me and I had to file this complaint.
Normally companies have security questions that I can answer. But with Skype, I can't answer the questions (eg what month I signed up). Your security process is flawed -- as an aside, you should make it easier to recover accounts.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because You have no file number because there was no way I could find to contact you , when you updated my computer to Windows 10 without stating that was the purpose of the update!!! I did try to find a way to write my complaint on the windows 10 'update'!! Windows 10 also put my computer into airplane mode unbeknownst to me. I had to disconnect my router every time I shut down my computer and restart everything. I had to get professional help to figure out what was the problem!!
