I am rejecting this response because:
This is what I've been dealing with Microsoft.   I never received 4 refunds from them.  I am ready to sue them.  All sales final?   I cancelled my service in Jan 2015.   How is it legal to keep a customers money.   I want and need this resolved ASAP.   I would love to see their contract where it says all sales final and where it says too bad if you cancel, I'm keeping your money.

Microsoft's customer rep just e-mailed me last evening to offer to pay a six-month refund for the charges to my bank account, I told them this will be acceptable. Thanks,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I have already tried contacting Support as you suggesting,  in fact over 7 times.  The first 6 times they refused to help saying they could not confirm who I was.. They called me "[redacted]"  and said my Id could not be confirmed. The 7th time I was told to find and send my order confirmation but THAT is the problem.. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Microsoft has taken no responsibility for hijacking my computer. They offer no apologies for the 4 hours of my time that it cost me to repair their hack. Simple stating that their customer service resolved the issue and that they now consider the matter closed is another slap in the face to me and reinforces my assertion that Microsoft cares nothing about their clients. Therefore,  I call, once again, for the Tennessee State and Federal governments to step in and hold Microsoft responsible for forcing operating systems that their own staff openly admits is fatally flawed upon clients that decline Windows 10. Furthermore, the download that rejects the "decline" is deceptive and fraudulent. So NO, I reject Microsoft's response. Sincerely,[redacted]

Much appreciation and thanks, they finally stepped up and refunded a charge both they and I know was in the wrong as the subscription had already been cancelled but my electronic charge of 74.19 was removed so everything  is peachy noRevdex.com:
