Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The buisness is unfair and cheated me out of money for xbox live and for the xbox itself. This company has not in any way tried to fix this issue. I had my bank compromised that is not my fault and tried several times give my new number of my new debt card when the bank issued a new one and the associates did not know how to unlock my xbox and told me to start a new account with xbox live and the xbox 360 would work again, I did this and the xbox still did not work but they kept charging me for the live that I could not even use because when they lock a xbox they do not know how to unlock it. It is sad that this company can do this to the consumers. I was being charged for xbox live and could not get them to stop charging my card. It does not allow you to take your card back off, I tried since the xbox was still locked even stopping auto pay they still charge the account. The way I did get it to stop is I edited my card which I do not believe everyone would think to do. I was just lucky that I tried this and it worked. I edited my name and expiration date and my bank would not let them charge any more. I think this is horrible they lock my xbox and then get me to put another card on by telling me my xbox would be unlocked then it was not and then to continue to charge my card even though I could not even use the xbox. I had paid a year and a half of the 2 year contract and paid $199.00 for this xbox before my bank was compromised and then paid a few months of live after the xbox was locked. I contacted support on the date and time listed above. I spoke with Rich who refused to offer any assistance. I do not have the requested service number because I was not even offered repair services. I was basically told that I was out of luck that Microsoft does not offere any support or back there products after a very limited 90-day warrantly. No repair options, nothing. For the claimed made about this controller and for the price that they charge treating a long time customer this way is not good business. Sincerely,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: Precisely, the one of the main reason of so many, is that changing my outlook email address [redacted]@outlook.com, has created such a humungous problem. I am unable to login with my old outlook email I requested a cancellation for. I was getting an average of 75 daily junk emails. It was consuming so much of my time, like Microsoft is doing with their dictatorial email account. Even though I cancelled this email address, it is not going to be cancelled until 04/29/17, imagine that? And then to reopen it I have to get a text to my previous cell phone number. Therefore, Microsoft makes it impossible for me to get to my account. All of my devices have warning messages that I can't fix. Most professional business with business common sense and customer service skills, lets us change an email address without losing access to my account. However, it is not like this with chaotic and convoluted Microsoft. My eyes and brained are fatigued about now, but I have to respond or I lose my money. Microsoft don't care that they injure me or drive me crazy. I have the following outlook email addresses due my several devices. And since, Outlook dictates we must initiate a device with a Microsoft account, I have created other accounts, one for each device. My other outlook accounts are [redacted]@outlook.com, and [redacted]@outlook.com. However, this email address lead to a shell of a profile for me; thus, all my history and my MS Office subscriptions are under the [redacted]@outlook.com. But there is nothing I can do to consolidate them. Microsoft has turned communist.I do much better accounting as an inactive CPA Tier II, than Microsoft ever will. Since, the attached receipt was given to me at the Microsoft Store; in which I have to attached a copy here. But Microsoft is preventing me to print the email MS sent me after I signed up. I cannot print it because Microsoft is even preventing me to have full use of my OLD emails I downloaded into MS Office Outlook into the cancelled account. My Outlook freezes up. Microsoft is doing the same thing with my other 2 devices, maddening.Attached is my credit card receipt for my payment. I never want to have anything to do with Microsoft again. And since, Microsoft is not allowing me any access to my subscriptions and account history, I am going to file a complaint with the State Attorney General and with the federal government, if Microsoft blocks my services, just because I had to change my email address, and all of the sudden becomes political, even with the customers, like the last technician and www.msn.com, anti-Trump, bad, bad, bad.Thank you.

The problem with the Surface 2 tablet was never resolved. In the time since I filed my complaint I have contacted the Microsoft Support team 5 times, and while the technicians with whom I dealt were very courteous and professional, they were not able to provide a solution to return my tablet to it's original working order.
It is my belief that the User Interface driver update was not comparable with the build version of my Surface 2. Therefore it would seem that this is an issue that I could not have caused or prevented. I do not believe there is a hardware issue with my Surface 2. The situation was that I was using it one evening and it worked; an update was pushed sometime later; and after a restart the next morning the touch screen failed.
I enjoyed using my Surface 2. We have 3 at my house. Not only do I own one, but I have purchased one for my son and another one for my daughter. All I'm asking is to please provide assistance in returning mine, without any cost, to its previous working condition.
