Neither of the Microsoft representatives who were contacted by chat provided incident number. Perhaps you can find those chats by my Passport ID [redacted]@sbcglobal.net. Or I can describe the problem and you have it looked at by someone competent.

You can also see my own comment in the end of that thread. BSOD occurs several seconds after enabling "allow this device to receive faxes".

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  Clearly this company has no intention of obeying the LAW. They apparently believe they are able to violate anyone's privacy any time they wish.
Due to this, I absolve the Revdex.com of any further action in this matter - but wish that they 'post' my reply in this matter to their website.
Clearly I consider Microsoft to be in violation of the LAW, while using any device they can to deny there is any problem they should have to deal with. It is not incumbent upon me to waste my time and expense in phoning them, but rather their obligation to quit pestering me with Ads that violate my privacy!
This is a 'criminal' act on their part, and they should 'cease and desist' immediately.Sincerely,[redacted]

Thanks, can you guys find some way so that these issues are either explained on the vouchers / website, and make it MUCH easier to reach technical support.

While the matter is resolved, I had no help from the Revdex.com or from Microsoft. Microsoft's customer service was horrible and never attempted to resolve the issue, and neither did the Revdex.com.Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:I have been on Xbox Live for 6 years unless you're telling me I decided to become some big time modder recently, I have not broken the terms of service. I have not stolen accounts or been hosting lobbys. Those were the things I have been accused of doing to break the Terms of Service, which I have read. I am being denied of my services because of the lack of security behind profile password protection. My account was stolen and messed with. This is not my fault, this is on Microsoft's side of things. To meet in the middle wouldn't it make sense to put me on an essential probation to see that when I am playing none of this is happening? All Skype subscriptions are recurring by default unless cancelled before the next recurring cycle.
If you haven't set up a Skype account, it is possible that your card has been used fraudulently to buy Skype Credit. We take every precaution to ensure that only genuine transactions get processed; however, criminals have developed a number of techniques, such as random card generators or using stolen card lists, to gain access to an individuals' credit/debit card information.
If your card is a credit card, you are not liable for this transaction in any way. All major credit card companies have policies that protect you against this kind of fraud.
If your card is a debit card, your financial institution is required to reimburse you for fraudulent transactions.
We strongly recommend that you contact your card issuer immediately regarding any unauthorized transactions and ensure that no further fraudulent charges are made with your card.
We will also begin an investigation to locate and block the fraudulent orders related to your credit/debit card in our system. In order to investigate the issue, we would need the following information:
The first six and last four digits of the credit card used to make the purchase. IMPORTANT: Do not send the full credit card number.
The name of the cardholder as written on the card.
The issuing country of the card.
The exact dates (or order numbers) of the fraudulent charges on your credit card statement.
We want to emphasize that this action will only stop the fraudulent orders in our system - it won't solve any other fraudulent charges on your card. It is therefore vital that you contact the financial institution that owns your card.

I really don't' like either option as there is no time frame from the business with regards to solving the issue.

I have spent enough money on your device and for it to mess up again with the same issue not even three months after. They want 500 total thats more than the device its self.
