When will the Revdex.com intervene to address Microsoft directly itself? Is not the Revdex.com's role to speak directly to the company to resolve an issue when its practices are unfair and abusive to customers?
For one of the verification questions alone - the one Microsoft refers to - there is no way for me to plausibly and accidentally "guess" the date that I signed up for Skype. It will not take a few "guesses" but rather a few thousand "guesses."
 
If the Revdex.com does not confront the issue directly, which agency can I take my complaint to who will?

There are two options available to help you get the console issue resolved. You can do another repair like you had done before. The other option is an advance exchange. The advance exchange is an option that sends you a console first. Once you are able to test the console and confirm it is working correctly, you would then send the bad console back to us. This requires a credit card to be completed. If you are interested in this option, please call our Xbox support team at X-XXX-XMY-XBOX.

Please replace the item, at is is clearly defective per fault of Microsoft, and end the arbitration process.
