I am rejecting this response because:  Please refer to the attached documents.  They are emails from your support team reference this issue being a known issue and that XBOX was working on a resolution.  I blacked out the name of the support rep in order to keep the individual from getting into any trouble. Your inability to speak directly to me reflects poorly upon your company.

Good Evening,
I’m sorry for opening the Revdex.com complaint as well as copying Senator Hill but it has been 14 days (two full weeks) since I had my chat session.  I was told that I would be contacted the following day and still have not heard from anyone and we were billed yet again for this service.
I need to have this issue resolved ASAP. 
We have been billed since January of 2014 for a service we have NEVER used, nor AUTHORIZED.   I was assured this would be taken care of and it hasn’t.
Please assist.

My Xbox live status seems to have been restored for now, I can't say for sure whether this is simply a glitch or a response to the complaint as I've received  no notice from Microsoft.So until further notice this issue has been resolved, Thank you.

Complaint: [redacted]I purchased 26 vouchers with $2.50 each on 2/9 and 2/10 on [redacted].com, which I think is the same company as Skype. I redeemed 2 of them with no problem. But when I tried to use the rest, it said they were expired. I looked at the order for those vouchers, and see no expiration anywhere. I bought them with account [redacted]@hotmail.com.
