I am rejecting this response because:
The service agreement quoted by Microsoft covers software, it is a software agreement, not licensing and does not apply to the operating system license.  The software license is not an appropriate legal document as the Windows 10 operating system and that license is the legal agreement covering my complaint.  I've attempeted to attach both the service agreement which the Microsoft rep quoted but the file would not attach, neither would the Windows 10 Licensing Agreement.  They are different. The Services agreement does not apply to the Windows 10 operating system.  The operating system upgrade ruined my computer. Instead of a lawsuit which is stated as an option under the Windows 10 License Agreement, I chose to use the less costly Revdex.com solution. Microsoft should reconsider my request based on the that, and the Windows 10 licensing document, not the software services agreement. And an apology is still part of my demand.Sincerely,

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I did everything I could do to stop from having a big bill with my daughter traveling through Canada this is [redacted]'s way of ripping off people who would ever think that your phone would not be compatible  for a out of [redacted] traveling what does your phone have to do with it? Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The Microsoft representative clearly did not even bother to read the details of the incident.  I explained very explicitly and clearly that the customer service claimed to be sending me e-mails with a reference number which I was supposed to provide to the customer service representative. None of those e-mails ever arrived!  Do I need to repeat that several times for it to sink in?  None of those e-mails ever arrived! I even provided my e-mail address to her several times, the same e-mail address that is in my Skype profile.  I even checked the webmail server at Earthlink and they did not arrive there either.  It should not take a genius to figure out that I cannot possibly provide a number from an e-mail that I never received!! The customer service representative then directed me to fill out a web form.  I filled that form out twice, but the customer service representative could never confirm receipt of those forms that I completed, but just continued asking me to complete it again and again, which was clearly a waste of time.  At the present time, Microsoft has provided no solution whatsoever to what should be a simple problem to fix.  I cannot believe a company such as Microsoft can be bogged down by such a simple problem.  Sincerely,[redacted]

In shopping for a new laptop for my college-bound daughter, I learned the major manufacturers offer an education discount for college students. I selected the university my daughter will be attending on the site and began shopping for a laptop. I was particularly interested in the Dell XPS 13, either the base model (4/128GB) or the next model (8/256GB). In presenting the info to me a 10% education discount was applied to this computer, and the opportunity to "save an extra 100..." was also presented to me, however when proceeding to pay, this was removed. I have a screenshot clearly showing this offer. I called the business and shared the screenshot with them. Whilst I understand this may not have been their intention, they clearly are misleading me as a consumer into believing I can get an even better deal. I simply want them to honor the price as presented on their website (both the 10% student discount and the save an extra $100) or provide an item or service of equivalent value.

The product in question, Gears of War Ultimate Edition was purchased on 12/24/15 and played on Christmas Day of 12/25/15… this was the same response I received from a phone representative after calling in numerous times. I was also previously informed from a phone representative that my account did show it was on my account in Decemeber and played but may have NOT been honored because the Xbox Live Gold subscription elapsed from 12/27/15 - 1/13/16; which was due to medical issues. However, the game was redeemed and played prior to 12/27/15.
 
So I have met all requirements, and if the promotion will not be honored, hence why this title was requested because of the promotion then I'd like to request a refund for this game itself.Sincerely,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:I am unable to navigate the Skype online interface for refunds. I have already done this with no outcome. That is why I complained to the Revdex.com. My skype ID is [redacted]You can forward this information to Skype and they can follow the problem that I am having with having. I cancelled the service as soon as they billed me for another year, but they are still charging me for another year. I did not authorize signing up for Skype international service for another year given the inadequate service I received in last years subscription.
