After reviewing your complaint and service request number ([redacted]) it appears our Tier 3 customer service agent has been assisting you and sent their most recent email on 1/9. Our agent’s email states that they were able to set up an exchange order for your Surface and have sent a prepaid shipping label to you. We see in your most recent email response to our agent on 1/10 that you have shipped the Surface as requested. Our agent’s 1/9 email states once your Surface is received by our shipping center a replacement device will be sent out to you. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  I WAS a targeted recipient.  The promo WAS on my Xbox dashboard and the pictures shown of all terms on slickdeals were taken BY ME from my dashboard.  Codes bought through third parties might not qualify but the terms did not state that and the promo allowed for inputting codes THROUGH the promotion link!If you choose to ignore the Revdex.com, you can also deal with the Indiana Attorney Generals office.  All for $10?  Fine.  It's the principle of the thing really.Sincerely,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: for one Microsoft has not said they would contact DELL regarding this issue, nor has anyone from a US based corporate office returned any of my 9 phone calls. microsofts response offers ZERO to me, why aren't they taking action/
