I did NOT have an active live account, I JOINED on or about 6/15 for three months THROUGH the promotion dash board. How many lies and excuses will you people make? I will be filing a complaint with the Indiana Attorney Generals office if this is not addressed. I was supposed to get $10 a LONG time and many emails and messages ago. I use a free software Ooen Office so I declined Microsoft 10'upgrade SECERAL TIMES A DAY,however they downloaded it to my computer anyway without my permission and interfered with the program I use, caused my printer to default to their program file , prevented me from save as function and caused a serious delay in my business timeline.

I was contacted by a Microsoft partner telling me that my computer was being used in another country and had viruses on it. They said it was illagle on my part not to have it cleared up. They got into my computer and after I refused to give them money they put a password on my computer where I can't access it. My husband died a few years ago and I have all of my pictures of him and family on there and I can't access it. I startedI to buy another computer but I changed my mind because all the things I need are on that computer and I can't access it.
