Upon reviewing your account, Microsoft cannot lookup a 25 digit code from a card number, it is the responsibility of the consumer to maintain the card and 25 digit code until it is used. In reviewing the service request, it was found that Microsoft provided to you, out of policy, codes to equate 8 months of Xbox Live Gold for the inconvenience.
Due to the concessions already provided to you, Microsoft considers this matter closed.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I just want you to know how many hours and hours I put into just getting 99.00 back. Hours on the phone, writing 3 letters, pay to have 2 certified. all ignored. Then at the last second you make me email all the copies of everything I sent you to India Which by the way also took me a couple hours because I had to make copies of stuff, get bank accounts to go back that far on computer, scan it and the computer and then figure out how to email them all, not from my computer. If you were paying me for the hours I put into all of this it would be 2cents an hour. Not worth most peoples time but this became personal to me because I have never been treated so poorly by any CO.[redacted]
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I contacted Microsoft through theirs help line several times. I was told by them that they had done all they could do and they were closing my case. The only remedy that they suggested was that I take my computer into one of their stores and for a fee they would try and fix it. The nearest store is a 4 to 5 hour drive away for me and they stated they would not accept the computer through shipping. I have since purchased a new computer and I think I should be reimbursed for it. I certainly shouldn't have to incur any expense for them to fix what they brokeSincerely,[redacted]

It is debited from my son's bank account and says Microsoft Xbox, same charge as every other month. Sick of them refusing to actually look into it. Why is no one asking for a copy of the statement?
