My computer guy was able to activate my system while talking to the tech dept of Skype. Of course I had to pay him for his time.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:My money was taken from Microsoft systems and EA have no way to refund me via your system now EA, while a separate entity, use your system and as a valued customer of many years fund my treatment to be unacceptable as I have no recourse it seems to blatant dishonesty on behalf of EA. Now EA have taken a stance which sadly leads me to go via my credit card company in order to get compensation. My main gripe with MS here is why my custom seems to be of less value than others who MS have compensated over the same issue, so sadly it seems my association with Ms and EA will have to come to an unnecessary end but my sense of injustice is too strong. Therefore the Skype account was blocked in order toprotect the account information from unauthorized access.Our usualpolicy is that we will remove the restriction from a Skype account as soon aswe have done a few security/identity checks, to make sure we open the accountfor the rightful owner and not for the fraudsters. The necessary checks afteran incident like that include the verification of some of your payment detailsas well as the necessity to change your Skype account password. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: one again, the email was sent at 1am this morning, secondly it doesn't show any orders or service request. I am not playing back and forth with your generic email response. Get someone to take responsibility and refund my money since once again it isn't showing. If you would provide me your direct email I would be happy to send you a screenshot. As large as a company this is the most disgusting process to argue to get a item replaced under your warranty and countless amount of hours. I am rejecting this response because: I understand that there is no compensation for the e-mails that they deleted, but a customer service manager never contacted me to discuss how I was treated. At this point, that is the larger issue. The last contact I had with them, I was told a manager would contact me. They still have not. I don't need to deal with someone about the e-mails, I need to deal with a customer service manager about how I was given wrong phone numbers and hung up on and told a manger would contact me, but then they didn't. That is not acceptable customer service. I have told them many times now that I'm not asking for someone to work through the e-mail issues with me. I have recognized that they screwed me over and aren't willing to own up to that or compensate for that. I have been asking to speak with a customer service manager. Once I was given an email to contact a manager and he never responded. The next time I went on chat, a manager on there told me she would have a customer service manager contact me, and they never did. I want to talk with a customer service manager to know that how customers are being treated will be dealt with and in the future they will be treated with respect and not lied to. I want to call Microsoft and see that they are a company that treats their customers well. If I have been treated this way so many times, I know other people have too.

I am rejecting this response because: New details are as follows, I called a manager and he setup the AE repair your spoke of in your response, I told him since the last repair console they sent had the exact same symptoms as my original launch (no power to the system whatsoever) that my guess would be the power brick has been the issue all along and never the console but he said he spoke to his tech department and they say since my power brick is showing a solid orange light it has to be the console, so I trusted him and let him do the AE repair, charge my credit card another $400 plus tried making me pay another $15 shipping on top of the $150 they had me pay initially for the first repair but somehow that got worked out. Of course this AE repair system came and guess what?? NO POWER AGAIN!! It's blatantly obvious its the power brick and you guys have misdiagnosed and wasted a lot of my time and money, not only have you had me send in my original launch console I got on day one and would have liked to kept as a day one collector, especially if there was nothing wrong with it in the first place and its been the power brick the whole time but I doubt you guys can can give me it back but what I do expect is I send back the first repair console so you can refund me my $400 holding fee, as well I want the original $150 'console' repair fee refunded on my credit card since you guys misdiagnosed and I never needed one to begin with otherwise I will be calling my credit card company to dispute that charge. I still am in need of the much cheaper power brick to fix my original issue and considering everything you guys have put me through for an entire month of running around, I'd hope you would just send me the power brick but considering microsoft charges me at every turn for anything they can I won't hold my breath but even if I have to pay I will, I just need one to finally end this nightmare... I am rejecting this response because: On the SKYPE problem, Microsoft and Lenovo expect me to accept invitations from SEXUAL PREDATORS to be my SKYPE friends. This never happened on my previous computer during my wife's and daughter's sessions with SKYPE. I find this highly unacceptable for any person or business to allow. I have yet to connect my camera on this "new" computer.The OneDrive Virus problem was totally ignored by Arush. My private and personal data is still compromised on a daily basis. I told Arush what I expected from Microsoft, if he was truly an employee of Microsoft. As a full-blooded U.S. Citizen, I expect full-blooded U.S. Company cooperation resolution to my problems.
