Unfortunately, after reviewing your latest comment we will not be able to refund your remaining Skype credits as refund requests must be made 14 days after purchase. Once your credits become inactive they remain on your account and can be reactivated when you decide to do so after logging back into your account; this is outlined at the following link: (https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA10378/how-do-i-reactivate-skype-credit) We were unable to find your service request number with your provided email, if you could update your complaint with your service request number it would be much appreciated. Please provide any information requested of you by our Skype customer service agent. If you are to get back into your account, our agent’s outlined steps will be the only channel to do so. Microsoft now considers this case closed and will no longer be responding. Please be aware that as of Monday June 13, 2016, THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN DEALT WITH BY MICROSOFT. The young man Rahul called me and he fixed the probem, so far I am very pleased with the outcome. Only time will tell if it happens again but he took it out completely from what I understand.
Problem resolved thank you Microsoft, its almost a year since I spoke to their tech in the US who did nothing but delete the X.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: there is no service request number. I contacted customer service twice only to be left with no resolution and treated like I was a bother by the end of our conversations. They also talked to me like I didn't have clue what I was talking about. There was no number provided that I would be able to list in the complain. I also find it rude that your company responds to everyone's complaint with the same pre drafted message. What a way to make a customer feel important. Please address my issue.

Dear Microsoft, I've contacted my bank before the complaint was sent to Revdex.com. I checked with my bank several times during the months I've waited for a refund and was told the same thing each time, no refund nor is a refund pending from tour company. Only shows the charges Microsoft took off the debit card ending [redacted]. That card has been deactivated and cancelled due to it being lost so I didn't understand how Microsoft was able to take any payment off of the card to begin with but my bank explained that my new card and the cancelled card share the same account and routing number so your company was able to take those payments off even though my subscription was cancelled on my end. If I have to have my bank fax or email you statments for the last three monwas and a letter stating I haven't received a refund from Microsoft, I'd be happy to do so. I shouldn't have to because you all should check your records more thoroughly. My email was sent the same day I made a follow up call and spoke with tsala so its no way the refund was processed. Maybe initiated but not processed. How do you explain customer service Representatives telling me to give it 3-5 bd, then 7-10 be to being told its a scheduled refund for 7/29/17?! I want my refund from this company! You need to pull call logs, records etc to look further into this matter of I'll speak to an attorney as to what my options are legally!
