Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:When I spoke with the Microsoft Xbox tech rep I was informed that because the Xbox was out of warranty and service request would cost money which I refuse to pay because the system worked fine until Microsoft caused the damage. I refuse to pay for the damage that they caused in the first place. My next step will be to obtain legal counsel from U.S. Navy legal services for preparation of cout action unless Microsoft fixes the damage they have caused to my hardware.Sincerely,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: did you just hear what Microsoft just said "This site is the only channel where this complaint may be properly addressed. Microsoft now considers this case closed and will no longer be responding. " The are not trying to help the situation they are trying trying to pay me my money they post the same thing as if we are talking to a robot they need to be reported for fraud I don't get how the Revdex.com can give them such a high rating on your website when all they do is try to scam people I live in Seattle and this is how they treat their own people they are a billion dollar company and they refuse to even listen to me or pay me and I already told them I been to that link many times I swear Microsoft is just one scam company they are going to be sorry that they did not pay me my money that they owe me  there is no way they can just keep a good rating on the Revdex.com website for what they just did to me stiffed me out of my money o know.

The message simply tells me to use the channels of customer support that I used several times and that continually produced a worse result. I spent nearly an entire day dealing with their customer support, which resulted in my issues, and now I have to call the same number and go through that again because their people broke my system by downloading torrents form third party sites of THEIR software? No way.
This is a cope out response from Microsoft.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I will not be satisfied with an auto-generated/template message from this company. My claim, along with the actions of Microsoft were directly reported to the Revdex.com and the New York State Attorney General, with documentation of those reports.Microsoft BLATANTLY violated my fourth amendment right which is protected under the United States Constitution when Microsoft performed an ILLEGAL SEIZURE of my personal computer and/or property while installing software without my permission and/or consent.At this time I wish to keep this case and communications regarding this case transparent with the Revdex.com. Any communication regarding this case outside of the Revdex.com or any other Government Agency could jeopardize the credibility of this case, which I will not allow.Furthermore, I would like to formally request that Microsoft assist me with the removal of Windows 10 and return the operating system (Windows 8.1) to it's original state with no loss to system files and/or information. I do not have a ticket/request ID because Microsoft never gave me one. I'm ready to close this complaint, though I do not "accept" their response and would not consider this issue resolved.
