There have been several service numbers provided to support; however, they state they are unable and unwilling to assist in this matter further. The only recognizable number they are able to locate is the initial request for refund which was denied so I submitted an appeal and was provided the approved refund. Neither email stating the appeal was submitted nor the email stating the refund was issued had a service number associated with it. The email with the approval stated, "Dear [redacted],
The refund you recently requested for Xbox Live Gold has been approved. A check has been mailed to you at the address you recently provided.
We hope you continue to enjoy your Xbox." With the subject line of "Xbox Live Gold Refund Request: Refund Check Issued."
The subject line of the email where my address was requested is "Xbox Live Gold Refund Request: Address Required (KMMXXXXXXXXVXXXXXL0KM)" from "Microsoft Refunds."
Service has stated this is not a recognizable number nor would they connect me to the department who could assist.

I have been contacted by the Advocacy team and have been a told the refund has been issued and is in transit. Thank you for finally having this assigned. This entire process took over 9 months to resolve so I would look into more efficient processes moving forward.

The problem was never resolved and would like to request a resolution as soon as possible since this has been almost HALF YEAR! I have also filed with Federal trade commision

Hi, I just got an email saying that my case was closed due to no response... that is not the case, as soon as they responded, which as you can see took forever, my response was that I still had the problem. Their customer service people can't do anything. What happens is you by a program, computers are no longer with the time so you replace them but they will not let you put the program on the new computers because it says your at your max.
