Revdex.com:
I am fine with the response that I received from Microsoft as long as there is follow up. Since my only options are to accept or reject their response and resolution as the same action, I am not sure that I have another option. If possible, can you please advise of any options available through your company if the ACTUAL resolution is not satisfactory? One of the reasons I visited your website was due to the frustration of either unsatisfactory resolutions or complete lack of response. So, their resolution of just, "We'll get back to you", doesn't leave me feeling very confident. I don't have any experience with filing complaints through your company and by rejecting their response, I'm afraid that will indicate that I am not willing to work with the company directly. That is not the case, but I'm afraid once this inquiry is closed as resolved, there's no further actions available.I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Sincerely, [redacted]
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Again, they used their regular refund policy for a normal situation as the excuse, while this case if not about a normal situation, but essentially is due to Skype's false advertisement.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
The business still has not addressed the original problem, they blew me off for a generic canned response. I did contact technical support and they aren't allowed to help me.Sincerely,[redacted]
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:They have not fixed my problem or even attempted to fix my problem. They are saying to contact customer support. I tried that multiple times before filing my claim. It didnt help. This is a ridiculous response. It took them 6 months to say I should try calling customer service! What a joke.Sincerely,[redacted]
Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I have reviewed your policy on this matter and have not violated anything or tried to hurt the spirit of gaming I am a loyal subscriber and have done everything I can to help you and make your community better not worse. Now you are giving me a computer generated response and telling me to view a link that clearly wont even allow me to dispute or show any evidence of a violation. I took my business to Playstation and converted my son already as well. Between me buying my son things and myself I spend a Fair above average amount of cash on your business and to treat me this way your customer I will take my business to the competition and make it my mission to be an advocate and grow their brand like I have been helping grow yours.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
Since you waited so long to bother to respond, the warranty on my Surface has now run out. As far as I know, there never was a ticket number, at least not one that I was given. All I have is a transcript of the chat session, and there is no mention of a ticket number. Thank you so much for wasting my time AND my money. I promise you I will never buy another Microsoft device ever again.
Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I did provide Julia with a time to call and according to her email to me, she is closing my case because she called prior to the time I gave. My phone shows the call came in at 0938 and not prior to 0900 as she clearly states in her email. Therefore, I feel Microsoft has now made a decision to unjustly and unfairly close my case because I was "unavailable." I have decided that I will need to take legal action regarding this and also have chosen to return the call from the national news show that has contacted me regarding this. I have received multiple contradicting statements from Microsoft. Once again, my integrity is being question by "not being available" but my phone records (as will Mircosoft's and the time in the zone I am in when cross referenced) will show that it is not my integrity that should be in question.
