Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: Clearly Microsoft is hiding behind a policy that was not accepted by myself. Microsoft initiated the Windows 10 update which had a virus and not taking on the responsabilty for the virus. I am not responsible for a bad update and understand not the only consumer with this issue.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because it is just arrogance by Microsoft. This complaint should also be made public to warn other customers about Microsoft's useless extended warranty. Microsoft refuses to honor its part of the two year contract (extended warranty). Hence I was seeking a refund of the extended warranty. How can a customer know I advance, within 30 days of purchasing an extended warranty, that Microsoft will renege on it later when the customer makes a warranty claim? Instead Microsoft chose to hide behind its 30 day refund policy. That proves Microsoft has no intent to honor extended warranties it sells. I already purchased a replacement keyboard from Amazon, as I was expecting Microsoft to find some unscrupulous excuse. My mistake that I purchased four Signature PCs for my family from Microsoft. But that is it after this.Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I made no complaint in 2016. I believe I made a complaint YEARS ago when they were charging me for services they were not delivering but never received ANY response. I have no idea what this is in relation to????? If it is from years ago, then of course I reject there response, which said nothing anyway, other than to contact them if I was still having a problem. They kept my money, were rude to me when they stopped providing service but kept chargin my account and refused to refund my money and never responded further to my request for assistance or Revdex.com complaint - if that is what this is in reference to then they are YEARS too late Sincerely,[redacted]
Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:At this time, the controller has become unable to even turn on. It has not been abused, neglected, or mistreated. I can see absolutely no reason for the complete failure of a well-treated product, regardless of the original warranty, after a miniscule amount of light use. I won't accept a refusal to make good on what appears to be a "lemon" of a controller. If I had used the controller a moderate amount of time during the warranty period, then I'm certain it would have failed within it, but I should not be left abandoned as a customer simply because I didn't find out my product was faulty soon enough. I know Microsoft is capable of making a quality product, as I have purchased them many times before. This controller is not at all what I've come to expect and I don't see how the lack of quality evident in this controller can be considered acceptable. This should not be treated as simply another sales opportunity to try and push me to buy another $150 dollar controller when I already have one that should be working fine.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I...
am rejecting this response because:
When I got the message they would contact me, the responses on the Revdex.com were to accept or deny. Accepting in my mind meant that the issue is resolved. Declining meant that I didn’t want them to call. That's why I didn’t respond and instead waited for them to contact me. Which I am still waiting for them to contact me to discuss.
Sincerely,[redacted]
