Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
It is too bad that you have not awarded the personnel at Skype the ability to resolve this very simple matter in the same fashion. Clearly it was simple for you to do this. They could have done the same thing a long time ago, and saved me the trouble of not having a phone for that lengthy time period - especially since I still had money in my account with them.
Next time your company wishes to charge me for something, it might be prudent to discuss that with me first - even with a simple email alert. I do not allow 'automatic' debiting of my account by anyone, and quite frankly, had no idea what they were trying to take the money for. I was not cognizant of the fact that they want $35.00 'each year' in order to have a phone number - other services do not do that.Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  the Microsoft  rep said it will cost me.It is less than a year old the computer and he wanted to charge me. I get a run around whenever a warranty come up on any item. I go to Microsoft  forum and many people have issues with Cortana.Call me [redacted] AAnd fix it free instead of asking me a million questions and at the end they say it will cost me. I am rejecting this response because:Microsoft has not sent a replacement Xbox One console as a direct swap for the defective one they originally sent. They have also not made my Xbox Live account whole for time I have been without service when the consoles have been in transit and for repair = 3 months.Please send a replacement Xbox One console and I will return the defective one you sent me. Then credit my Xbox Live account for the downtime I am continuing to deal with due to your incompetent service / repair center.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I had spent hours on the phone calling various Microsoft stores not only in canada but also in he united states, and talking to Microsoft and xbox support but got nowhere. I had to drive over 800KM just to get warranties on my xbox one consoles because Microsoft made it so that it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a warranty unless you go to a Microsoft store, but there's no Microsoft store within 400KM of my residence.
It's disgraceful how you have chosen to handle your customers, and as long time user and Microsoft fan and supporter, I am appalled by your business decision and lack of proper exceptions. Not to mention, I had to buy my warranty in American currency, being double the price of a Canadian warranty , because the nearest store is across the boarder...
