I am rejecting this response because: it establishes the need to go through Revdex.com to obtain customer support. While the Skype website indicates that support is offered, presumably human, via chat or message, I was not able to access such support. I would consider that a reputable business would offer a means of access regarding improper charges and/or account action by Skype (e.g., charges for a phone line I had canceled; lack of statement provided). I would pay a higher charge for a customer-centric support service. As it happened, I received a (pending) refund when what I wanted was a cogent understanding of the account status. Perhaps Microsoft will one day consider bringing customer service to a point allowing Revdex.com endorsement. Without such service provision I cannot consider Windows-based computers or applications.

I wish to know why Microsoft charges taxes for this item when Sony, EBGames DOES NOT. Canada Revenue Agency informed me that the onus is on the business to submit taxes for digital items, so assuming Sony, Ebgames pays the 13% HST out of the cost of the sale of the item, Microsoft is making 13% more profit on an item in which they charge taxes over and above the retail value.
Either that, or there ought to be no taxes on digital goods.
Take it however you will, but I will find alternatives to buying digital goods when and where I can avoid purchasing through Microsoft until you follow the same businessprotocols of others.

I am rejecting this response because: The company Microsoft X box Live's response was the same response that I had been given all along. Their response is the primary issue in regards to this company telling me that they were unable to find an account thru access of my name, personal information or my card debit account number that I had noticed charges being withdrawn from on my banking log for the company, Microsoft X box Live, that were being taken out with no services that were rendered to me. They had been continuously withdrawing payments for a duration of over a years time. I had noticed these charges immediately after the first charge had taken place and had called Microsoft. They stated then at that time and continued to tell me of how they were unable to stop the process. I had made several calls to this company during this time in regards to this matter and had notified them of each transaction that continued with each month that listed on my debit card bank Account Transaction Logs. My debit card number had since changed, at the time for these records it was a Direct Express Mastercard [redacted] I am seeking help in this matter with this company and for a refund of the money's paid totaling in the amount of $214.00

I am rejecting this response because:By receiving an updated $25 off code it provides a stopgap in the hopes I find a physical purchase from the "Microsoft Store," but does not get me the games I wanted via the "Microsoft Store's" website during the Spring Sale using my $25 off code.So, as stated in my initial complain, my preferred resolution would be:"Sword Coast Legends (Xbox One): $6.60 as of 4/11/17 Fallout 4 Digital Deluxe Bundle (Xbox One): $55 as of 4/11/17 ...so a total of $61.60 plus tax, minus my $25 promo, so $36.60 plus tax. If the Microsoft Store cannot honor their own offer, then I would like my $25 back (and not in store credit, they've burned me once on that front.)"

I am rejecting this response because: My fiance, who was the purchaser of the product (it was a gift) was only given these two numbers via chat and phone call. [redacted] and [redacted].Once again I kindly ask that a new controller be sent out immediately, and not the lower grade model as that is not an equal return. The lower grade cost $60 versus the $165 that was paid. I would be more than happy to send you the defective one once a replacement is received.I would also be more than happy to share my experience with the entire Microsoft and Xbox community. This is a MAJOR problem that many people have dealt with and even received acknowledgements from Microsoft regarding the poor quality of these products.

A simple internet search for Microsoft's technical support contact information includes la statement reporting a fee of $499.00 for one incident and $1999.00 for a five pack. I am not going to pay Microsoft for harassing me with constant requests to download an operating system I don't want.
