I am rejecting this response because:Microsoft has falsely advertised and item and will not honor the price. Additionally overcharged me on the second attempt at getting the correct console. This is a blatant violation of consumer rights. The only remedy I have been offered at this point is to return the second console, with no effort on Microsoft's end to fix either of the two price issues I've had as a result of Microsoft's error. Very disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere. I hope in the future that Microsoft treats other customers with more care and respect. .

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: you clearly did not read what I posted. My account was compromised. The password was changed. My identity was fraudulently taken and used. I was notified through email of the changes to my account. I got my account back and re changed my info. I was then banned 2 days later. Enforcement Team will not respond or give me any detailed information. I have fallen victim twice bc of you Microsoft and you've done nothing about it to make it right. Your response is like telling a rape victim that at least theyre not pregnant. I'm tired of hearing lies from this company. How do you not take this seriously? Look at the file, since I obviously do a better job than your team at investigating. Now, why am I being punished for being a victim of identity theft. of Windows 10 on many computers.   Mine is one of them and it has caused the lap top to shut down

My Windows 7 computer was destoryed after the force upgrade to Windows 10 so I was forced to spend money to replace it. I was locked out of my computer for a week and half at which time I I could not execute stock trades thanks to Microsoft. I sent them a picture of the new computer along with the receipt as well as a picture my Windows 7 computer with has been relegated to the junk heap. I have cancelled the payment agreement and issued a goodwill refund for the unused subscriptions.

network (PTSN) we cannot always guarantee the quality or reliability of calls made from Skype. However, Skype does not charge for calls that have not gone through, calls will be charged when answered by the other party. Calls are charged starting from 1st second in case customer is on Pay As You Go with Connection Fee + Per Minute calling rate (depending on the destination).
I have reviewed your call history for the past few months and we cannot see any charges for unsuccessful calls. You can review his call history and any charges by logging into his Skype account under www.skype.com and clicking on Usage. There have been a few calls from on your Skype account that have lasted less than a minute over the period of last 3 months, which may indicate that you have had difficulties hearing the other part or vice versa, thus the short calls , and we have refunded these calls back to your Skype account credit balance.

because its not a fact that charges are taken from the call credit account when the phone stops ringing, and this has happened way too many times to ignore, and to say otherwise is proof that you do not use this service.
I have been forced to use skype to stay in contact with my wife since she re-entered the Philippines, and this experience has been the worst phone service I have ever used in my life, and I have no plans to use this service again once my wife is back with me in the US.
calling mobile phones in the Philippines has been unreliable and I have lost too much money in the past using this service because of no only dropped calls which I do not hold skype responsible for, but the calls that stop ringing, and the minutes pass, but no sound is heard, and no connection is made and skype would just take the money from my skype credit each time.. Yet I do not get the chance to even speak to my wife.
I just feel if I am not going to be able to hear my wife's voice, or talk to her... I should not have been charged for the calls..so to say that you do not charge for non connected calls, is just a lie.

I am still having to use Skype to stay in contact with my wife, however recently I purchased skype credit and could not reach my wife by phone yesterday 9/07/2014.
There is a feature I was un-aware of at the bottom of the screen; when enabled it will take your money from your account for every skype text you do. My wife finally contacted me but she used a computer to contact me, and we spoke by skype video which is supposed to be free, but somehow this feature at the bottom of the screen, when enabled, will treat your text as SMS mobile and charges minutes, taking all my remaining balance from my account.
I needed to know why such a feature would be on a computer, to charge you and take your money from the account, even though you are on a computer and are making skype to skype communication with each other.
I sat in front of my screen and watched skype take all of my balance from my account, without my making a call to her phone, in fact the funds were disappearing while I sat and watched, doing nothing. So I called support to explain what happened, but they tried to justify the taking of my money, and refused to help me at all.
I had to find out that there was a feature that says Via SMS, or via Skype, at the bottom of your message box, and I find no good reason why such a feature would be placed there, and that one could by mistake enable the feature to via SMS, and it act as though you are texting a phone, when in fact I wasn't on a phone call at all.
This is not fair, and this feature shouldn't even be anywhere on a computer, and I suspect is a tricky way to take money from customers without their knowledge.
I started yesterday with a balance of $8.25, but by the end of the day, and without making calls, this feature just took all but $1.65 from my account, forcing me to add more money to the account for calls.
I would like with all fairness, my money be returned to me, and I at the end of this mess, will never use Skype ever again for anything,
