Please be advised that after investigation we concluded this was not a megabus.com double booking errorThe reservations that were booked are for two different timesOne at 1:30pm from New York to Washington and one at 2:00pm from New York to WashingtonBoth reservations are within the same transaction/orderThis means that both reservations were in the basket at time of checkoutIf this was a megabus.com booking error a error system message would have come up saying the transaction did not go through and you proceeded to book another reservation causing a different transactionThis was not the caseBoth reservations are in the same order meaning you inputted your payment information onceUnfortunately we are unable to compensate you if you mistakenly double book your reservations

I planned a trip with megabus/worldpay and was expected to be at a certain place at a certain time.I arrived at the expectaed location 1/hours lateI'm in the process of considering relocation and missed a very important meeting and could have possibly missed an opportunity due to Megabus and its driver.I have been lied to about recieveing a refundI was told that once a bus is hour behind that a refund would automatically be funded and that it would take 3-business days to post to my account,then I was told if a bus is hours behind then a refund would automatically be funded.I was told this by several employees and now I have been back and fourth with a specialist by email telling me that I am not granted a refund under their policy.This specialist that I am speaking with by email has not even attempted to offer anything but an apology (AN APOLOGY IS UNACCEPTABLE) in this case.I am very upset and Megabus and WORLDPAY does not sit well with me.They are quick to take your money but not return it, I have rode with megabus many times before and they have been late before by maybe minutes or so and I haven't complained about it but 1/hours late is unacceptable.This company should RETRAIN ALL its employees to be truthful with the people who proviides them with business.If it weren't for people booking trips they wouldnt be employed the least they can do is BE HONEST.If you have any another means of transporatation please do that

Thier service is second to none as far as an online retailer! They have ast shipping and an easy to use website I love that there alos a midwest comany as well

Please provide us with documentation stating you have a valid reservationPlease upload the emails that was sent to you after you purchase a ticketThe emails should consist of a worldpay email which is the payment portion of the transactionThe other email should be the email that contains your reservation number and travel details

They had what I was looking for and a price that beat out five other sites I shop at Stars from me

I apologize for providing the information for the incorrect stop.Please see the information given for the stop in Louisville, KY below and as mentioned in the previous response we are unable to process a refund due to the information being provided on the website and also the bus stop information is given at the time of purchase and on the confirmation email The Megabus stop for all arrivals and departures in Louisville will be located on the southwest corner of the intersection of W Liberty St and S 5th StThe stop will be on W Liberty St

I have never been on a mega bus from Dc to Knoxville and only stopped timeAlso you can't ask the driver a question about your arrival and it is either hot or too cold on every bus I have been on
