Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I arrived to the bus stop 20-minutes prior to the indicated 6:time and I sat in my vehicle at the curb watching the bus stopThere were other individuals sitting there as wellTwo got picked up atound 7pm and the other waiting as long as we didThere is no way the bus left at that time as I was sitting there physically ahead of time Regards, [redacted]

I bought two tickets from Indianapolis to Chicago that should have departed at 9: It was for a and year coming from visiting their auntie They were at the location at 9:but no bus came There was also other people waiting for a 9:bus to Atlanta that never came When we called customer service I was told the bus came at 9:and left at 9:which is impossible since the teenager and the other customer been outside waiting I was livid because I have two teenager stuck trying to get homeThe customer service manager and a representative told me there's nothing they could do There are no refunds and I would have to buy another tickets although I had several people telling them that their bus did not come They refused to give me credit for a later departure and said all you can do is go on the website and complainHorrible company and customer service

I called the (877) 462-customer service number this morning at 8:AMI called because I needed help with the website and needed help changing a reservationI have reservations that I wanted to trade for another dayThe woman told me over the phone to go to the "Home" page and put in my reservation numbersI was only able to put one in and the other, I had no clue where to put that inAs I am sitting online trying to perform this change, the prices went up and the seats were reserved while I was trying to perform the task the woman gave meI am frustrated because the prices are way higher than when I bought my ticket! AND THEN the website was not letting me make the changes for "3" people that are on the original reservationVery frustrating! I called back and was told that I can put reservations into one so that I use my funds towards the new reservationAfter trying for a while, I gave up because the prices went upAlso, when I tried to make a new reservation, the seats miraculously reappeared and were availableVERY FRUSTRATING!

I need a reservation number and a brief description of the situation & why you would like a refund

In order for the pax to be assisted, please send the screenshot of the incorrect address to [redacted] This will help us determine compensation and also we can send the screen shot to the proper department to be fixed
