I have been dealing with SD Bullion since April and have had excellent service with them I received all products on time in excellent, non-descript packaging, all the coins were in great shape, and the pricing is the best I've seen for bullion Will continue to use this site in my acquisition of metals

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Megabus is not telling the truth and that should concern the Revdex.com and give you pause in representing them I've attached pictures, of which are time stamped Please ask Megabus to provide you proof that they arrived at the bus stop in San Antonio with a bus load of passengers Because I've provided you a photo of all the passengers on the side of the road.1st photo is my receipt from uber Not time stamp and location of pickup.2nd Photo of bus on service road (not bus stop in SA) Note the people outside the bus3rd same a #just different angle4th picture of the SA bus stop from Google earth Question does it look at all like the environment in pictures #2&3?Please help me hold this company accountable It is not right what they did and now they are not taking responsibility I promise you their is no proof that bus arrived at the SA station with a load of passengers Obviously at some point the bus made it to the SA bus stop, but empty and very late I urge you to protect your company name and seek proof and you will find they (Megabus) will change their story....I was there! Outstanding service and quality
On June, I opted to use the Megabus service in place of other available transporation and I would like to give you a detailed description of my experienceMy trip from Washing to Durham was scheduled to depart at 10:am on Friday JuneI received an email at 10:indicating that my bus would be "approximately minutes behind schedule." I was slightly perturbed by the fact that I received the email only one minute after the bus was intended to leaveI figured that the driver or Megabus more largely would've known of the delay much earlier and could have informed the passengersThe next encounter I had with Megabus will definitely go down as one of the worst customer service experiences I've seenLeaving Durham on time, we arrived in Richmond to drop some passengers off and pick others upOnce we were back on the road, but only a few minutes on the highway, the bus broke down (this is at approximately 6:45pm)Mind you, a bus full of passengers broke down on the highway and all passengers stood in a sliver of grass at the beginning of Exit off of I-The temperature and humidity were excruciatingImmediately we were told by the bus driver, who I believe to be as innocent in this scenario as possible, that there was a spare bus leaving Union Station in Washington to retrieve usThis meant that we would have to remain for over hoursTo me, this seemed reasonable enough of a solution and, frankly, the only valid one other than chartering other buses, another option that was exploredAfter about an hour and a half, the driver indicated the spare bus had just left DCAt this point our arrival time has been shifted from 8:to 11:and now to 12:30amThroughout the experience, I phoned the customer service hotlineI spoke to two individuals about the scenarioAn initial problem with my customer service experience is that no one identified him or herself by nameThe first gentleman I spoke to was cordial and informative (8:52pm)After I indicated some worry about both the heat, lack of access to water, and the pending storm, he took my phone number and insisted he would return my call once he discovered more informationI never received a call from himDuring this call he also suggested that a mechanic had been by the site and was unable to repair the busLater, I consulted the driver to confirm that a mechanic had, in fact, attempted to repair itNo mechanic had ever arrivedSecond, I called several hours later (11:49pm) when it felt as though information updates were coming at a much slower paceI would refer to this as "getting the run around." I spoke with a woman this timeI expressed disappointment with the previous gentleman's lack of call, and reiterated my concern for safetyIn discussion with me, the woman indicated, "We're doing the best we can do." Naturally, I wanted to explore the options that Megabus had taken but she refused to say anything elseDid Megabus call local churches and offer to rent vans? Did the company call other charter bus services? Were local city officials called to employ city or county buses? I was left in the dark on all these detailsEventually she indicated that to discuss any of this further, I'd need to speak to managementConveniently, management was unavailable all eveningSo, after all of this back and forth, a bus finally arrives around 1:00am and there is late-night construction so we end up at Union Station at 4:00amBecause of the extended delay, I missed a full day of work
Client was notified by email of the time change to his trip from 6:AM to 6:AMThe client was not charged for the rescheduled ticket fr $it was booked as a complimentary ticketWe apologized to the client for the inconvenience
