This company has been servicing my precious metal needs in a excellent manner with excellent serviceHighly recommended business and I will continue to conduct business with them

I have ordered times from SD Bullion over the past months Each time I am incredibly impressed with the service, price and communication My most recent order was yesterday I got an email when I placed the order I got an email this morning saying they had received payment I just got another email saying my order has shipped and they gave me a tracking number with it I have used the onsite chat several times and find them to be extremely helpful with questions I have researched many sites from ones that you have to leave a message and get a call back to the big houses that try to sell you! SD Bullion is the best combination of price and service that I have found anywhere They are second to none! I seldom ever write reviews but with all the scam companies out there these guys deserve the credit and praise they have earned I have referred them to several friends and will continue to do so in the future

I am rejecting this response because: There is no warning message prior to hit accept changes They just take the money This business is faulty and do not tell you that you will loose the money before you buy *** does warn you so Megabus should do the same instead of cheating people out of their money

I've purchased from SDB at least a dozen times since their inceptionPurchases ranged from ounces to 5,of silver and and 10-ounces of gold The prices were always some of the best amongst the online bullion dealers After careful shopping I found that their price was almost always lower than other name brand bullion dealers SDB offered quick delivery, free shipping, courteous service, quick access to their site and shipping references that allowed accurate tracking Their other services, including a very fair price on bullion trades, outright sales of bullion, purchases of ammo and survival supplies also yielded good prices when such items were hard to find I've referred many people to SDB for their purchases and all were satisfied with their results

Very reasonable pricies, extremely fast shipping, and response time to any questions is fast, and friendly, not to mention they are very knowledgeable about they're productsMy goto bullion dealer!

SD Bullion has the lowest priced silver buffaloes along with great service

It appears the refund that was processed on our end was negated because the passenger called his credit card company and disputed the chargeMegabus no longer has control of the fundsThe passenger must wait for his credit card company to finalize their investigation

SD Bullion has some of the best prices and service I have foundI will continue to purchase bullion items from them

I am rejecting this response because:I was told by the Megabus representative to purchase the new ticket and request a refund for the change fee after the trip was updated with the late arrival times. There was no traffic delay which caused the bus to arrive late. If the bus provides a log of the official times the bus departed and passed through the E-ZPass toll plaza's from ** to *** it would show a delay. Megabus also has to admit the bus driver departed the pickup location on time. Drove about minutes to *** ** where the bus driver change took more than minutes. The bus drivers talked outside of the bus for minutes or more before the new bus driver started driving to ***We did not get delayed by any traffic which caused the significant delay. It was the bus driver change which created the delay
