I have made two purchases from SD so far, both have been handled professionally and with out undue delayOn my second purchase I made an error and double ordered my cartA immediate call to them was made and the situation resolved in a quick friendly mannerI was cautioned this was not necessarily to be 'expected' now or in the future- but they did accommodated me in good spirits and without costIn addittion they didn't make me feel like a novice or worseI will continue to use them for my purchase program in the future for their good prices and good business practices
Joshua was clear in his explanations and made it easy to understand the risks and benefits of enrolling in this programHe was flexible and easy to work withHe also made it so I knew what to expect with each additional step in enrollment, and was accurate in the estimated length of time it would take me to complete- which one learns to appreciate when you have young childrenI also appreciated his ability to relate with me in that aspect when he briefly mentioned having a young child himself:)
Joshua was polite patient and understanding with me when I had questions or had difficulty understanding something during enrollment

Currently leaving DC to NY on what's to be a 5hr journey with MegabusThe bus has arrived late and it now setting off mins after the departure I paid forThis bus's engine is rattling as though it intends to shut down soon I hope we arrive to our destination without mishapThis bus although advertised, is equipped with neither power outlets nor Wi-FiThe interior is worn and light fixtures yellowed with ageTo top it all off it seems that although I was charged to ride the Megabus I've been forced to board a bus that is not at all the Megabus, but one of Coach's older single decked unbelievablely dilapidated busThis traveling experience is definitely one of my worse with the company for whom my receipt was supposedly printed fromFor this level of customer service and quality I could've chosen one of the "Chinese Buses" for the same price if not betterMegabus today you've shown yourself to be quite deceitful and most dishonest

I am rejecting this response because:
I find it very interesting that I’m told I was in the wrong location considering you don’t know where I was, I was there, on the street, with others, the bus left earlyAnd further find it interesting that my reservation that was set for next day as predicated by and dependent upon the days previous reservation cannot be refunded as I detrimentally relied on the on time service that didn’t existJust like the customer Service representatives presumed I was in wrong place when they weren’t even there or asked where I was to begin with, this is comical that for a requested $justifiable refund you will lose business and reputationIt’s just bad business practices

It states in our Terms and Conditions about our no refund no cancellation policy that you have to agree to before check out. I used Megabus a few years ago and experienced delays of over an hour at each pick up station I decided to give them another try and booked another trip for the same route The day before my trip, single digit temperatures were predicted and I knew from my prior trip that there are no shelters or even business establishments near the bus stops to wait in I decided I couldn't risk hour plus delays in single digit temperatures I went online to try to rebook to a different day with warmer temperatures predicted, understanding that it was going to cost me an additional $to make the change I followed the instructions to try to change my reservation online but the website did nothing when I entered my reservation number or my order number and it said "email not found" when I tried to enter with the same email to which they had sent my confirmation So I called the customer service number and the representative's first response was to try again in an hour It was already 9pm and I didn't want to stay up another hour with no guarantee that the website would be working at that point So the representative said she could make the change over the phone for an additional fee I didn't think it was fair or good customer service for them to extort an additional fee from me when their website was not working properly I asked to speak to the supervisor but got the same robotic response (try in an hour, would change over the phone for additional fee) with the insult to injury that she said she was terminating the call to assist other customers when I asked to speak to her superior Obviously based on their 91% negative score on this site Megabus clearly has a lot to learn about customer satisfaction I won't be giving them a third chance
Most prices beat other competitors, and products arrive in timely fashion
