I have tried Megabus on several occasions, even after being stained for more than hours I tried them againNeedless to say there have been good and bad but this here was unacceptable and I will never again use their servicesNot even sure how they could be A rated with Revdex.com even after many complaintsIn was at my stop to minutes prior and was missed unformed about my busI could give specific about my surrounding to prove I was there on time like a description of the bus driver what she decided to eat while she was there and a time schedule and they refused to refund me my funds
Refund? I paid for something you did not provide! Not even a sorry?

Please provide us with the reservation numbers for the journeys you are stating experienced a delay so we can further investigate this concern
Unfortunately per our internal compensation policy, we are unable to provide you with additional compensation on other expenses you incurred
First time using Megabus traveling from Indy to ChicagoBus was scheduled to arrive at 2:amThe bus did not arrive until 4:amNot only did the bus show up late (with people standing in the cold waiting), they showed up with Mega attitudesThe driver and the luggage handler had no care in the world they were late and offered no apology for delay that could have helped calm customers downIt is not my fault that you work for Megabus! After missing my flight and settling in Chicago, I called customer service to complainThe call went exactly like this:
Rep: Would you like to make a res?
Me: I'm calling about a previous res
Rep: .........How can I help you?
Me: Had a res from Indy to Chi and the bus was hours late
Rep: I need a res# to confirm that
Me: (Gave res#)
Rep: Hold on
Rep: I see the bus was late but there is nothing I can do about thatNo refunds no nothing
Me: Maam, your bus showed up hours late, the driver and luggage handler had terrible attitudes, I missed my flight, I call you and you're dismissing me?
Rep: There's nothing I can do
Me: I would like to speak to a mgr please
Rep: Hold on
Rep: Unfortunately there is nothing my mgr can do for you either
Me: May I please speak with your mgr?
(repeat last two above 2x)
Rep: If you keep asking to speak with my mgr, I'm gonna have to end the call
Me: I would like to speak to a manager
Rep: (hangs up)
WowI can certainly understand traffic and delaysWhat I cannot understand is poor communication and poor customer serviceNot ONE employee of this place offered an apology for their terrible serviceI will not use this company again in the future
I have been dealing with SD Bullion for some time nowthey're prices are low, the staff is always friendly and very knowledgeableI have had only extremely positive experiences with this companyI have and will continue to recommended them to friends, family and other stackersThey really do care about their customers and it shows every time I place an orderI will continue to be a customer of SD BUllion for many moons to come

I enjoyed a great experience working with SD Bullion Their products are superb, the packaging perfect, shipping, quick, and overall, they're great people and a wonderful company
Megabus is absolutely terribleThey charged my credit card after I looked at trips without my authorizationThey also have the worst customer service aroundThey provided no help with the issue
Have made a couple purchases now from SD Bullion, smooth transaction Paid with a check and as soon as the funds cleared my bank my order was shipped with a tracking number provided Chatting with a repwas always quick as they would answer almost right away Not leave you sitting on your hands waiting endlessly for someone to acknowledge you have a question Two thumbs up The package came in discreet packing, and extremely well packed

I have received half of my refund for my journey, and I made a case to customer service to have my whole trip refunded as we were delayed over an hour on our return trip because our bus broke down on that portion of the trip as well We had no A/C on both journeys before bus switchesIn addition, the wifi on the buses never worked, and I am well versed in technology, so it wasn't mine or my devices in errorThe drivers and handlers were rude to myself and other customers going as far as locking the door during a head count and making that passenger wait outside and tossing bags into the compartment facetiously saying that they hoped nothing valuable was insideI had only one positive experience with a driver that moved our seats because an unruly passenger wanted to fight my off duty police officer girlfriend because her bag touched the ladies footI know you are not responsible for the actions of others, but we were put on that bus with that passenger after our bus had broken downOverall, my experience was a nightmare, and I have been using your buses since they started their DC to Knoxville routes in On top of all this, your social media (twitter/facebook) customer service has ignored me and I had to file a complaint with the Revdex.com just to get a responseI would appreciate a full refund and better buses in the future

SD Bullion consistently has the best prices on silverEvery time I'm prepared to purchase more, I compare their prices to several top bullion companies and they always come out with the best price, which is why I continue to buy from themBut more importantly, eery single transaction I've had with them has been flawlessI always pay by check and appreciate their updates with receiving my check and letting me know when it has cleared and then when my product has shippedAnd the product! Beautiful, high quality silverI will continue buying from SD Bullion and highly recommend them

[I accept the results but Megabus need to invest in customer service training for their agents, they are the rudest bunch of individuals i've ever had to encounter in a business

I want say that you have been extremely helpful and for the first time in a long time we felt a weight lift off our shoulders all because of youI don't know why we didn't consider this before but we are glad we did now because we met an terrific personThank you again for everything and we look forward to working with you through all of this
