my Megabus complaintYou told me to reply within days, but I decided to let you know what has happened before the days has expired
On May 14, I received an email apology from Megabus/Coach USA representative *** *** North East Customer Service SupervisorShe apologized for my inconvenience, and agreed to refund my $for my trip from Chicago to MemphisI noticed this refund to my account on May 15,
She also agreed to mail me a check in the amount- of $as my reimbursement for my Greyhound trip from Chicago to MemphisShe simply asked me to forward/attach copy of my receipt, and my mailing addressI did as she requested via email, but I have NOT received payment as of todayI have attached the same copy of my Greyhound receipt to this email

my possessions to be lost after contacting Megabus's customer service minutes after departing the busHow is there no system in place to notify the bus driver of the issue? It is unacceptable that I had to call their customer service times with wait times almost as long as two hours and never talking to anyoneWait times of minutes or more with no response was the common theme to the point I would decide to hang up and try again The only other time I got ahold of someone when I called the service acting as a customer interested in buying a ticketNot a customer who is in distressed who lost all of his most precious possessionsHow can a giant suitcase go missing after I reported it immediately? Am I suppose to believe it vanished in thin air, fell of the bus, left in an alley way? What can I do or Megabus as a company do? maybe have a direct phone number to the bus for each ticket? Some new system has to be implemented to prevent this matter in the futureI wish the Revdex.com help me in this matterI truly believe I have done everything in my power to solve the matter at hand and Megabus as a company has failed to provide a proper and ethical customer service in dealing with this matter and cases similar to mineI again request either my possessions be return to me or to be properly compensated for my losses.

My daughter tried to get on the bus last night from Charlotte NC to New York MIndful that my daughter had rode the bus twice to VA and never been question bout her age she is so the driver would not let her on the bus I would not have purchase a third ticket if I knew she had to be I called customer service and spoke to reps and they adv I could ask someone to accompany and bus driver still denied rideI spoke to a supervisor and they will refund any money or give a credit for a tripNot understanding about where they drop ball I also took responsibility for not knowing Just bad customer service
