Still waiting on the bus you said that was minutes away...the same bus that was two hours late in DCThe same bus that broke down in NC at 1am...the same bus that you all said were sending an empty bus from Fayetteville in minutes that has turned into HOURS!
Oh and the minutes you said to wait the most recent time? Was an Hour ago

Lied to multiple times when we did get through...some reps guaranteed we'd be picked up in 60-minutes...others said 3-hours...both being way off...?
Telling us to get our bags together because y'all are mins (then minutes...then 15mins) away...?
Telling the news reporters that y'all were minutes away...?
Still lying and being wrong...?
Still waiting as I type this...?
Waiting to see the story on your negligence on the news from ABC ...?
Now the only thing needed now is a refund...?
I had high hopes for y'all when y'all came to the Carolinas

Unless they went to an address different than the one specified on the email, I can promise that those two buses were in fact, not at the bus stopI literally have a picture taken of my girlfriend at exactly 10:01am of us at the correct location as referred to in the email, with no bus there! I am more than willing to show this evidence if askedMy girlfriend and I were at the correct location from 8:15am-11am, where the bus usually comes every time, and neither of the two buses ever cameAnd when I called Megabus at 915am for status of the 830am bus, they told me that with the information I gave them (my name and reservation #) they had no bus on record leaving for *** from ***

I am rejecting this response because: The Megabus Company is not being honest again by saying the bus was hour & minutes late The bus was three (3) hours late arriving in Louisville, KY on the departure date My story can be authenticated by contacting the other passengers who also waited outside in Louisville, KY for three (3) for the late arriving Megabus Revdex.com please investigate my story and you will find it truthful Again, I am requesting my full refund because the Megabus policies support full refund for the bus arriving three (3) hours late

This was my second order with SD BULLIONI called to see if they would match some Morgan's from another companyThe individual that assisted me was excellentWe had a great conversation and he obviously knew his job and the marketMy order was placed, shipped and received without a hitchPacking was great and product was excellentTHANK YOU***
