The client was sent an insurance claims form on 6/23/

I am rejecting this response because: the response simply ignores the facts I presented that prove my claim, and instead simply denies wrongdoing.
Let me restate the facts: 1) I purchased an e-ticket on Megabus.com, 2) the e-ticket stated that all busses operated by Megabus.com departed from the stop on *** *** *** between *** and ***, and that riders should be at the stop prior to departure time, 3) there was no indication that the bus for which I had purchased a ticket on Megabus.com was not operated by Megabus.com, so I was present at the *** *** *** stop minutes before the scheduled departure time as instructed by the ticket, and 4) I missed the bus anyway because, in contrast to the instructions on the email sent to me, my bus departed from another location
Accordingly, Megabus.com is liable for selling me a ticket that instructed me wait not at the bus stop and therefore miss my bus, and should reimburse the cost of that ticket It's pretty simple, now stop stalling and either admit liability or admit that you'll continue to deny my claim regardless of the underlying factsEither one will do at this point Seriously, this has got to be one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had, I've already told all of my friends and colleagues of this experience

We have found SD to be a company that does what is says, giving quality service and productTheir representatives are knowledgeable an helpful, going so far as to absorb the re-delivery cost when a delivery service claimed that our address was un-deliverable

So what is to be done about this? As of right now Megabus is rapidly losing my business based on performance and communicationIt seems like headquarters cannot even get
in contact with its branches, and I think it is safe to say New York City is one of its major branches considering the number of routes and passengers that go to the cityMy trip was on 12/16/and was supposed to be at 6:but was delayed all the way to 8:if that helps

Please note per our terms and conditions, once completed reservations cannot be canceled or refunded, but they can be traded in for another journey up to hours before your original scheduled departure in which fees applyUnfortunately, there will be no compensation for this matter
