As I stated beforeI was not only not lateBut also
minutes earlyWith the bus scheduled to leave at 2:30, I arrived at 2:and got in lineThe employee who was overseeing the passengers and tickets did this to about to a dozen people who already had purchased tickets for the same bus and also in line with meDirectly next to the busHe simply stopped our line, collected cash for those trying to get on standby, then turned to us and said you missed your bus and have to pay extra for the next oneRegardless of the fact that the bus was still there and we all had tickets and have been waiting to get on.

My cell # is: ***You should see that I made calls to the Megabus number on April 1st ranging from 8:30am-1030amListen to the phone conversations and you will specifically here the people at megabus telling me first that the first bus is super late, and then another conversation where they said that there is no bus on file for 830am bus, and then refusing to let me talk to a supervisorAnd then basically the same thing began to happen for the 10am bus that never showed upSo you're records of the buses leaving do not match at all with what was going on according to the phone calls, and we were there the whole time and no buses showed.

I usually ride the Mega bus quite often and the horror stories as well as my recent experience has stop me from riding the bus Bus drivers rude, unsafe stops for people to wait on there connecting bus, customer service stinks and not helpful, God for bid you make a mistake on your reservations and need customer service to fix it (unfortunately that's a lost, forfeited no exchange NOTHING)
Always easy to find my way around their website and to orderThey have fast shipping and accuracy on the products ordered also it's nice to track your order once shipped with a tracking emailThanks again SDBullion

I am rejecting this response because: the redemption code was sent via e-mail on 10-24-and indicated an "Expiry Date" of 10-24-When I attempted to logon the Megabus site and enter the redemption code on a future travel date, the site wouldn't accept/recognize the code.

We have been unable to contact the passenger at the number providedOur notes state that our insurance carrier processed and mailed a check for $that has not been cashed
