I have made over a dozen orders with sD Bullion and I have been completely satisfiedTheir selection is excellent for the most popular bullion coins and bars, their prices about as good as I've seen anywhere and the shipping and communication stream excellentThe packaging is very professional and discreet which is important if you are sending and recieving precious metals
I've placed several orders with SD Bullion since the summer of and their order fulfillment has been good They maintain a full-featured e-commerce website and a large inventory of competitively-priced products Although one delivery issue came up on an order, it was addressed quickly by their customer service department SD Bullion is a leader in the industry and a very reliable source of precious metal goods and information I would highly recommend this company
By filing a dispute with the credit card company, megabus can no longer assist the passengerThe credit card company have put the funds on hold until they investigate

I am rejecting this response because: Customer service reps for mega bus was extremely rude and gave incorrect informationI was told by several different reps that you all can not track my bus If calls are monitored like you all say then the times I called are on the phone log records I uploaded and all calls should be able to be reviewedI was at the location provided in the email and was calling consistently with no help and no response other than to stand and wait for the bus which never arrived within the two hours I wantedI need a full refund

I am rejecting this response because:While I appreciate the gesture and the prompt response time, I absolutely refuse to use MegaBus' services againI have a number medical conditions that are well controlled by preventative medications and I haven't been at risk of asphyxiation since I was a child; but the idea that another driver could ignore my immediate health concerns in favor of rigid protocol is not a risk I am willing to takeI carry my medications on me as much as possible but I cannot carry every medication every time and that just does not seem to fit with MegaBus' passenger/driver expectationsI prefer a full refund so I can take my business elsewhere and leave this incident in the past

I am rejecting this response because:
The passengers were expressly told by the driver on multiple occasions that we would be compensated in full for the failed trip, and instructions were given for requesting this compensation;I waited over an hour for alternate transportation to arrive (and never saw or heard any indication that another bus was coming);We were never told when alternate transportation might arrive, and we were told specifically that any bus that did come to get us could only take some of the passengers because it would already have people in it We were told that getting on future transportation would be 'first come, first served.' The passengers I spoke with at the time understood this to mean that it would be a competition to see who could board such a bus.I entered into a contract with MegaBus, which it plainly breached I am not asking at this time for any other costs - just the money that I paid it, which it took from me and then failed to live up to its end of the contract

As a frugal first time buyer I found their pricing excellent, The gal taking my order listened patiently, from order to email confirmations to delivery all was done easily Having done my research throughly, I found their sister website Silver Doctors info featured independent articles & analyses that benefited my understanding immenselyI recommend them to my familyI'm sure other dealers are nice too but I felt more comfortable ordering from SD Bullion & recently made a second order Thanks
