I am rejecting this response because: background-">I apologize I am delayed on responding to Revdex.com re: complaint #placed on 2/13/involving the company "Megabus"
The company claimed they refunded me and provided a free ticket/trip --- I have yet to see this in my bank acount or any manner of this claim
If you can again follow up with Megabus I would greatly appreciate it

My son and his friend had reserved tickets to travel from Baltimore to NYC todayDue to a traffic accident miles from the parking lot where Megabus departs from, they did not arrive until 8:49amI contacted the company at 8:am to inform them of the accident, that they were on their way along with possibly many other patronsThe representative I spoke to took my number and said she would contact management and I would get a call back in a few minutesNo call ever cameThe bus was scheduled to depart at 8:50amThe accident brought out the police who forced a detour resulting in an arrival that was not within the 15-minute time Megabus asks passengers to arrive inAs a result of showing up late, but still BEFORE the bus's departure, the ticket agent SOLD their reserved seats to standby customers, saying that this is in the policyThis is not written anywhere in the policyThis is the only thing noted on their policy:
Customers are required to be at their departure point at least minutes prior to the scheduled departure timeThis allows megabus.com drivers to board customers in a timely manner avoiding any delays that may impact on the departure of the vehicle
The company owes my son and his travel companion a full refund! Due to an appointment in NYC, they were forced to drive themselves as the next bus would not have gotten them into the city on timeThe company earned not just their money but another $(roundtrip fares for passengers)
This company should be OUT of business! They have zero integrity and horrific customer service

I ordered some gold coins on their website I mailed a check and received am email when the received my checkAfter an appropriate time span for the check to clear, I received exactly what I orderedTheir prices are about the best you can find on the web

Thank you for providing your phone number for us to be able to research the callWe have located a total of callsThe first call was made at 8:49am the agent stated the bus is on its way to wait at the stopWhile the agent was talking the phone call was disconnectedThe second call was made at 9:06am the agent said he couldn’t find anything on the bus being lateThe agent placed the passenger on hold then the phone call was disconnectedThe third call was made at 9:22am the passenger stated to the agent that another agent said the bus never came(I was unable to locate the call where the agent stated the bus never came.) The agent asked for the reservation number to better assistThe agent stated to the passenger there is no information referring to that situation on that bus at this timeThe fourth call was made at 10:14am from a young lady using your phone numberThe passenger was inquiring about the 10:00am serviceThe agent stated there’s no information on this service running behind scheduleThe agent also stated sometime the service runs a few minutes behind due to trafficHowever, when our services are running on time, when a passenger is calling one of our call centersThe agents will not be able to find any information on the serviceThe first service *** arrived at 7:48am and departed at 8:30amThe second service you purchased 6/7-*** arrived at 9:16am and departed at 10:01amAll services running arrived and departed on timeUnfortunately, there will be no compensation for this matter

I accept the business response, however, don't believe it should take that long to investigateI spent the night in a subway station because I missed my train From my viewpoint, their lack of timeliness and communication and accommodation put a sour note on my father's day tripI could've driven to NY faster

SD Bullion has very good prices, they give a cash discount (I usually pay by personal check since I'm in no rush to receive the gold or silver that I ordered) & they have low shipping costsThey also seem to have excellent customers serviceI've been using them for over a year, maybe years & am very happy & would recommend them to anyone
