I am rejecting this response because:Megabus is not telling the truth and that should...

concern the Revdex.com and give you pause in representing them.  I've attached 4 pictures, 3 of which are time stamped.  Please ask Megabus to provide you proof that they arrived at the bus stop in San Antonio with a bus load of passengers.  Because I've provided you a photo of all the passengers on the side of the road.1st photo is my receipt from uber.  Not time stamp and location of pickup.2nd Photo of bus on service road (not bus stop in SA).  Note the people outside the bus3rd same a #2 just different angle4th picture of the SA bus stop from Google earth.  Question does it look at all like the environment in pictures #2&3?Please help me hold this company accountable.  It is not right what they did and now they are not taking responsibility.  I promise you their is no proof that bus arrived at the SA station with a load of passengers.  Obviously at some point the bus made it to the SA bus stop, but empty and very late.  I urge you to protect your company name and seek proof and you will find they (Megabus) will change their story....I was there!

I am rejecting this response because:
Service was not provided by MegaBus. A simple "apology" without a full refund is not acceptable. MegaBus claims the bus left at 5:25am; yet at 5:20am, my bus had not arrived. I was present when a bus, not the same bus that I had booked, pulled up claiming they could take an additional 15-20 passengers to [redacted]. Police officers were on the scene due to the fact that a different MegaBus was sitting at the curb due to the driver running out of hours he was allowed to drive. There were about 25 people in line, and the first 20 in line were allowed on the bus. I understand that I am not entitled to compensation for the lost time and any events missed in [redacted] due to your bus not arriving on time (let alone within an hour of the scheduled time). You did, however, fail to provide the service I paid for; I can't fathom how you think you could charge me for a service you did not render. I did not pay for a chance to be on a bus if traffic and weather permitted; I paid for a bus ride to [redacted] which you failed to provide. The prior constitutes gambling by definition: "wagering or betting in any manner to receive something of value dependent upon the result of any race, contest, or contingency"; in other words, I did not pay money for the chance of receiving a bus ride to [redacted] provided that weather and traffic permitted it.

I am rejecting this response because they are not refunding me for my trip. They are requiring me to use there services again in which I never plan on riding with this company again in life. I want a refund not another trip with the company. I also work and they are requiring that I take the trip before a certain date.

I am rejecting this response because:When I paid you money for driving me to **, I did not do so on the condition that you might not fulfill your obligation but I would still have to pay.  I am not asking for anything but my money back.  This is basic: you didn't fulfill your end of the bargain, so why do you get to keep my money?

Unfortunately, your reservation can't be cancelled or refunded after it's been purchased. You can only change your reservation for a fee up to 3 hours before the time you are scheduled to leave.

Please allow at least 7 business days before you receive a response in reference to this matter.

After investigating this matter we see that the service was on time. we also called to confirm the information with the operations team and they have also confirmed the service was on time.

I am rejecting this response because: this makes no allowance for those not able to immediately reschedule their journey, as I am not. Also, typically additional fees apply; and Megabus absorbs fare differences when they are in the customer's favor. It's a racke.
Last time this happened, Megabus absorbed the difference between a $97 fare and a $73 rescheduled fare, and still added a $9.50 rebooking fee. I could have booked a flight for less money and 1/3 the time. Also, [redacted] issues credit. Megabus falls below reasonable travel industry standards.

I received 1 email confirmation. My card was charged the amount on this confirmation that I have attached as a PDF. I have disputed this transaction with my bank as well, and if this isn't resolved, I can have them provide proof of the charge and information into the investigation.

I am rejecting this response because: Im still waiting on [redacted] to call me back.  She has asked me to give her some time to look into my missing items.That was on thursday June19, 2014. at 10:22am, I have yet to here from her.  I WIL  NOT go away!!!.   She stated she will contact me regardless of what she finds.I was sent a insurance claim form to fill out.  I did so but still have no idea of what's next.I'm still very angry and dissatisfied and believe that this is something that happens quite often.  Passenger getting their travel bags stolen daily.  Cameras need to be placed near the bus sight to prevent or discourage workers from stealing peoples items.  A check-in system should be put in place like the airline or greyhound, even if it means charging a little more. workers need to be held accountable PERIOD.  something must be done about this MAJOR PROBLEM MEGABUs has and the President/CEO should be ashamed of himself for contkuing to allow this.  I am 100% certain he knows of this problem!!!!!!!!!  100%

I am rejecting this response because:The address provided on megabus's website was doctored-- it listed the county in which I wold be picked up as in [redacted] county when in fact the address picks up in [redacted]. Megabus doctored its pickup address which should invalidate the terms of service. If the address they supplied had been the address listed in [redacted] maps or another third party source which places the [redacted] Park-n-Ride in [redacted], I would not have accepted the terms of service. They cannot fudge their pickup address and then claim customers were given the address before they bought a ticket. I have provided screenshots to demonstrate my claim. The top two photos show megabus advertising the pickup location as [redacted], while the bottom image  shows that the pickup is actually in [redacted] county.

I am rejecting this response because: I paid $21.50 for the ticket that did not get me to [redacted].  I then paid $53.44 to get me back to my house so I could drive up to [redacted] myself.  I want to be refunded the entire $74.94 because I paid for services that were not carried out.  A refund of only $53.44 is not appropriate.

The service and speed of delivery I received from SD Bullion were first rate. I have since recommended them to my father-in-law, and he just purchased his first roll of Silver Eagles from them. I have also recommended them to my mother, who is looking to invest in precious metals. I have dealt with other companies in the past, when purchasing precious metals. However, my next order is going to SD Bullion. Considering the quality of their service, speed of delivery, and the product itself, I see no need to look elsewhere.
