Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:You lied about refunding me 100% of my reservation ($56.00) and you did not provide compensation in the manner requestedYou only emailed me voucher links, broken up in two amounts ($and $9.00) to coerce me to use the vouchers at my expense in the future.You arrived 3.5hrs late to [redacted] , first after saying the bus would be 90-mins behind schedule, then saying you don't know when and if the bus would arrive in [redacted] after an additional follow up callAll the while, I and the other passengers were standing in the freezing, pouring rain with no shelter, causing me to get sickYour bus on the night of May 19, 2017, didn't show after being tremendously lateYour breach of contract caused me to miss my engagement in [redacted] ***, which was another financial expense, and further, led to my return trip (Sunday May 21, 2017, from [redacted] at 2:25pm to [redacted] **, arriving at 8:15pm) being sacrificedMy trip cost $not $I want full compensation for my tripNot some half-hearted, piece-mealed voucher for $then $to do additional business at my expense with your predatory and corrupt companyYou were paid in full and up front for services that you did not renderSo don't give me fragmented compensationI want my money ($56.00) credited to my credit card or a check addressed and mailed to me Regards, [redacted]

I understand that the representatives informed you they were unable to track the bus which is correctThe call center you contacted does not have the ability to track buses that are completed by different journeysThe escalations team however have the ability to track all busesThe reason you missed your bus was not at fault of the information you were given by customer service therefore, I am unable to honor your request of a refundAt this time no compensation can be given in regards to this concern

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The bus did not depart as scheduledIn fact, Megabus's records have reflected different departure times, thus those "records" obviously could not be true as they shift consistently; meanwhile, my story of what happened that night has never waivered because it is in fact the truthIn the last email, I was asked to provide proof that I was at the bus stop minutes ahead of schedule and stayed minutes after and no bus came within this window; I have a witness for everything I am stating and that is in fact proofEven my calls with megabus itself (that night), prove the verity of my complaintI am happy to provide the necessary evidence; it is obvious that megabus has made an error and it speaks very poorly of Megabus that this company has reported different "departure" times, allowed a manager to hang up in my face, left a paying customer and refuses to right any of these apparent wrongs Regards, [redacted] ***

I usually love the Megabus, but was really disappointed in my most recent experienceMy bus from Washington D.Cwas scheduled to leave at 4:10pmAround 4:30pm, Megabus staff came down the line letting people know that the bus was minutes late - no further explanation was givenHowever, the bus did not show up for another minutes, meaning it was exactly an hour late totalThere was no explanation or apology givenI was frustrated by the lack of communication and the tardiness of the bus

Have now done three separate transactions with SD Bullion and would highly recommend themOnly wish they had e-Check to streamline the operation

I have been a Police Officer for over years and recently retired Chief of Police My experience with SD Bullion has ALWAYS been professional and always receive prompt delivery There product quality is amongst the best I strongly and PROFESSIONALY recommend SD Bullion

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As I stated beforeI was not only not lateBut also minutes earlyWith the bus scheduled to leave at 2:30, I arrived at 2:and got in lineThe employee who was overseeing the passengers and tickets did this to about to a dozen people who already had purchased tickets for the same bus and also in line with meDirectly next to the busHe simply stopped our line, collected cash for those trying to get on standby, then turned to us and said you missed your bus and have to pay extra for the next oneRegardless of the fact that the bus was still there and we all had tickets and have been waiting to get on Regards, [redacted]

Please advise Mr [redacted] to call [redacted] and leave his credit card number and telephone number on the voice mail for assistance from our credit card specialist

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I had numerous persons in my group that sent complaint letters and the complaints were ignored until the Revdex.com became involvedThe [redacted] profile for Megabus, Megabus.com documents the numerous complaints that people report that are continuously ignored It is documented that the bus drivers are rude/unprofessional and they are known to drive off and leave passengers stranded Megabus sends these same automated messages and it does not display to me a sincere response from such a large company because they say that someone will follow up and they never do which is proven according to dissatisfied customers on [redacted] A person received the same response that Megagus recently sent me and they later went back on [redacted] because Megabus never followed up as promised Due to the sensitivity of my complaint, I would like a refund for the return trip for all parties in my group and I would appreciate a phone call instead of an impersonal automated response I feel that the automated responses are only sent to hush the customer and their intent is to never follow up So, again, I am not accepting the automated email they sent Regards, [redacted] ***
