Our Local Branch and Resident Care Support team has contacted our resident about their concerns and we are still calculating their move out fees. This week our local branch will have the final result and issue a refund if deemed necessary.”

We have been living without air conditioning since memorial day! I was told that they were unsure when the part for the air conditioner would be in when they responded to my service request. I called again to see the status of the part to be told that they would contact the air company to see what the hold up is. We were called the following day from the air company to be told that they had the part and would be there on wednesday, june 8th. He installed the part and said it was done and left, never did he stay to see if the part actually worked. The part did not work. I called back friday june 11th to be told that he would be back that day (friday) to fix the unit. He proceeded to tell me the part he had JUST put in the previous two days before was not working. My house is currently 84 degrees. I have an infant. She has to stay in my room with an window air conditioner constantly blasting to keep some part of the house cool... But this isn't the only problem we've had with this company. Over the winter the basement flooded, they were there the next day to rip out the carpet to the bare concrete. They said they would be back the following week to replace the flooring. They did not come back for 2 MONTHS until we sent an angry email with all the problems of our house. Who takes 2 months to put in flooring?! Upon moving into the house we had NO hot water for nearly a week before they decided to come fix it. The tile doesn't meet the wall behind our refrigerator (REALLY? That's seriously lazy), our front door sticks, and we have a bug problem!! The list goes on and on. So PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM MAIN STREET RENEWAL! For the sake of your own sanity!!

Our Resident Support team has contacted the Resident and explained all charges were valid per lease agreement.
Ms. [redacted] filed a Revdex.com complaint disputing the debris removal deduction from her security deposit. The resident claims that some of the...
items that were left at the property were there when she moved in. She is also upset with the amount she was charged for the debris removal ($241.50). My Escalation attached photos of the debris that was removed from the home. The resident never notified us at move in that there were items in the home that needed to be removed. My escalation team explained that the fee that we are charged by the vendor is based on the entire job, it is not broken down by specific items removed. We offered the resident a $50 gift card which she refused. She requested to speak with another supervisor. She was advised by a supervisor and supervisor explained this escalation was reviewed in detail, at which point she hung up.

Ms. [redacted],
I have reviewed the latest Issue reported to the Revdex.com. I have reached out to the [redacted], who has contacted the local vendor to set up an appointment with you to evaluate and remediate the issues you have identified...
with the outlets. He has confirmed back to me that you have been in communication today.
The offer to relieve you of your lease was just that, an offer, due to the lingering issues we were having getting the Air Conditioning functioning appropriately. We felt it may be an offer you would entertain if you were not happy with the property. If you are content staying in the property, you are certainly within your rights to do so.
Records show we have given two month’s rent concession for the prior AC issues. As the issue with the outlets has not been reported to the branch until today, I do not see that there has been a delay on the branch’s part to rectify the situation and further concessions are not warranted at this time.
Respectfully,
[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I have received an email from the business but the content of the email is not what I discussed with the representative. The communication from the business need to state that upon receipt of payment the collection account will be deleted from all three credit repositories.
