I am rejecting this response because: Agent tolde I am approved they check my credit too.  Agent knew I had employment gap because I told agen I work as contractor. They said I delayed paper work but I provided what they want. if I need to submit all emails and corospond I had with agen via text I am willing to. if they wouldnhave told me due to employment gap you will not be qualify I would not have done home appraisal . Agent is the one tolde to do appraisal since I was qualified .

I am rejecting this response because I never asked for anything to be restructured!!  Mr [redacted] said he would look into matter. I made it crystal clear during his origional call that the transaction was terminated. Mr. [redacted] interrupted me every time I tried to give my side of the story or explain any issues.

Our Records indicate the following: There was one check that went out on 9/28 for $550 and cashed on 10/11. Please see attached of proof that the check cleared. Here is additional feedback regard second request from talk to our VP of sales outside of complaint. Check tracking attached for additional funds. We believe we have settled this complaint on our end.

Our records indicate that Mr. [redacted] is working ongoing with our EVP [redacted] on resolution. Desired check refund of 3,000 dollars has been issued to meet resolution.

Absolutely horrible company - Was told that If I did a $5000 prepaid interest loan it would save me money on the interest rate and I would be able to claim it when I filed my taxes. They tell you what you want to hear to get you to sign papers. Shame on me for not noticing on the loan documents that they listed that $5000 as points under Origination Fees instead of under prepaid interest I guess. I didn't realize the problem until I went to file my taxes and the 1098 only showed $281.25 interest on it. When I tried to call them I get no call backs, no email, NO NOTHING for 2 weeks. Then I start asking for finance, underwriters, or anyone that would actually answer the phone. I get an email from one of their finance people stating the the $5000 is listed on the loan papers as points and that they are not required to put it on the 1098. When I told her that was not the agreement I had with the loan office on this loan she rudely replied, "Well talk to him." His boss finally called me back and apologized that I was told one thing to sign the papers and it ended up being that I can't claim all of the $5000 all at once but I have to claim that money over the life of the loan. His apology was empty and worthless to me since I ended up having to pay the govt $988 in taxes instead of getting a refund of $342. Gee really saved me money :( They also state that they pay for the appraisal - read your closing docs - YOU pay for it.
This company uses SHADY practices to get you to sign papers then changes the deal hidden in the loan papers and ends up costing you money. When you have any kind of issue they completely ignore you until you threaten with lawyers. STAY AWAY and heed the warnings others are telling you. LIARS THEY ARE!!!!

I want to share with the Revdex.com and the company that I have received a response and I appreciate the Paramount company for doing their best to fix the situation. They have offered to settle with what I have asked for and no further concern or complaint needs to be addressed. Thanks

When the consumer refinanced a loan he had previously obtained from Paramount, he was doing so with the believe that our "Paramount Pledge" would entitle him to a loan without any closing costs.  Per the terms of our Paramount Pledge, lender credits are applied for some fees but not all. ...

This misunderstanding was the basis for the consumer's complaint.  We explained the terms of the Paramount Pledge to the consumer and offered him a refund check in the amount of $300 to cover half the title-related fees the consumer had paid.  The consumer agreed to this resolution.  To the best of our knowledge we consider this complaint to have been satisfactorily closed.

I paid Loanpal a total of $495.00 for an appraisal fee wich was never performed on my home due to me cancelling out on the deal. Payment was remitted to them on Mar.02, 2018 and I cancelled 2 weeks later. I have called and emailed to *** at least a dozen times asking for my refund and nothing has been returned to me.

For the past week I been trying to make a darn payment I’ve called about 100 numbersthey toss me to a customer service they can’t give the number but no one will ever pick up after it rings dozens of times
I recently re financed to get away from Citi I started with a Paramount then in the middle of doing business they switched over to Loanpal I am really concerned and after I just noticed the government action against them I just feel like my experience has to go to the proper authority

I am rejecting this response because: I am not happy I still can’t get ahold of them and not only that but I am waiting to get refunded on a home insurance warranty policy they claim they paid

Our records indicate we have made numerous attempts to reach the customer:

Our servicing director did review this borrower’s loan yesterday and sent a response to Consumer Complaints and attached the Hello Letter and Notice of Servicing transfer letters that were mailed out.

In addition, we have called the borrower this morning on both #’s listed and responded to an email that he sent to our inbox this morning, and advised the borrower that his loan was transferred and attached another copy of the Transfer Notice that was sent to him. We haven’t received a response from the borrower as of yet.
