I just wanted to update the complaint, the company has taken the $1036.36 off of my disclosure statement so that issue has been taken care of. Unfortunately I am still waiting for the loan to be funded and for information on why the appraisal was double what they told me.Thank you[redacted]

We are continuing to work with the client to come up with a satisfactory resolution   [redacted], our EVP who oversees the loan officer referenced in the complaint is speaking with Ms. [redacted].  We should have resoltion soon.  Once I do, I will psot it to the Revdex.com website.

I am rejecting this response because: I have heard that promise before from Paramount Home Equity and have been waiting since July 2017 for an answer.   The company keeps calling me to ask me to refinance my loan.  They have completely eroded my trust and confidence in their business practices.  I need results and for them to stop calling me to refinance. I regret having used them to refinance in the first place.  I would be agreeable if the company were given a tight timeline in which to respond.   [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: My credit report finally reflects the home loan however their response to the false promises has been "oh well". The representative made promises in the companies name and the company is supposed to back it.

Our records indicate our DSM on the loan file has made contact with the borrower. We have issued a check request the refunds the desired settlement amount for the appraisal.

Our records indicate an appraisal was issued to be refunded on 11/15 after the borrower spoke to our director of sales [redacted].. We believe this issue has been resolved on our end.

Our records indicate that we have revived the borrowers updated stips today, 6/12/2017 and we have reengaged the loan with the intent of submitting tomorrow.

I am rejecting this response because:  It is dishonest that this business does "not proactively reach out to consumers to offer loan modifications."  It is accurate that I do not have a loan with this company.  But, I did receive unsolicited calls offering loan modification.
