because: even thought the loan was signed I'm not happy with the overall experience, but since it's done I guess I'll have to agree with the offer I was given, the company still did not honor it's meet or beat clause it presented to me.  They'd have to beat a free appraisal as given to them, but whatever.

provided incorrect information on the initial application. If we had known that this was not a PACE lien, we would have not proceeded with the loan. We are willing to refund the URAR charge. Please allow 7-10 business days for full refund.

but they dragged my fico score down to from good to poor...700 to 642  so is there any way they can resolved this issue.  and if they would disclosed that they had previously had a bad rep. to loans I would have not disclosed my personal info.

that this resolution is satisfactory to me.[redacted] asked that I get in contact with him, which I did. We discussed the issues that rose up, and he was very fair throughout the conversation.

Our Records indicate we are we are sending the borrower a check for $450.00 appraisal refund.

While it appears there is a mis understanding as it relates to the restructuring of Mr. [redacted] loan, Mr. [redacted] did honor the original loan terms as outlined in the disclosures Mr. [redacted] signed.  Because of this, and the fact that the services that were paid for up front were performed, we will not be refunding Mr. [redacted] his fees.  This policy is clearly outlined in the attached Advanced Fee disclosure that Mr. [redacted] signed.  We would be happy to complete the loan for Mr. [redacted] if he so chooses.
