Just thought I would look back at the refi process a few months after refinancing with Paramount and began to read these negative reviews. I have to say that our experience with Paramount was excellent, no hiccups at all. Ian B, Shirley D and Jessica T were easy to work with and the process was very t***sparent. I did have to supply at least an average amount of information throughout the process but no more than I would have expected for a loan of the amount we refinanced. Everything but the final signing was electronic and the whole process, including the appraisal, only took 30 days. I have recommended Paramount to a relative already and will continue to do so until I hear of any serious negatives that are not the fault of those applying for the loans...

Started working with Seth T, he was nothing more than courteous and professional. Although the deal was unsuccessful due to the comps in my area, Seth did everything to make this a successful closing. He took the time to listen to what my initial plan was and did everything he could to assist me in achieving that goal. If anything changes in the near future, I would definitely contact Seth again. He made the whole experience less stressful than other lenders I have spoken to.

In the origination stage of the loan I was lied to by the loan originator, *** NMLS *** & *** NMLS ***. *** stated that the only fees for origination were 3,000, and during closing I was charged other closing costs for the appraisal. The loan originator did not inform of the closing costs. I was also told that I did not need a co-signer on the loan, I did not qualify on my own, and so I applied with a co-signer. The co-signer did not want to be on the deed of trust, and both of the originators stated that they would pay the fees for the co-signer to be removed from the deed. I have attempted to call and email the originators directly, including their direct managers. They have ignored all my voice mails, and e-mails. After I spoke to the mangers I was told that *** was no longer working there. I believe this to be false.

This company is amazing, My agent Ashley was worth her weight in Gold, she assured me that this company would get my loan approved and life has been wonderful! She was compassionate, caring, considerate and an asset to her company. She is beyond awesome. This company was very professional , did not leaving you hanging. I was turned down by the biggest companies in the industry.
And Loan pal approved a loan that I had tried to get for over 5 years, they fulfilled every promise that they offered.
