I would advise you not to go with this Company all they do is LIE to you just to get your interest I have refinanced 3 times before with different company's and these guys are the worst ppl to deal with they tell you what you want to hear but when it comes down to it you dont get what they tell you its totally different. I have called several times and left messages and no return calls nothing. The guy I dealt with was Justin. I payed alot of up front interest and was told I would get it all back on my taxes WRONG that didnt happen im getting less back this year than last so dont fall for there *** go with someone else.

They ran my credit without my consent. Person on phone was not telling the truth regarding information needed for review.

applied for a mortgage through ***. Was told I qualified and just needed to pay a refundable appraisal fee of $250. After a week of ignoring my phone call and email I was told by ***, now I did not qualify unless I pay off debt or prove that I wasn't responsible for a debt under my previous residence that was not on my credit report. I requested my refund on 1/12/18 and have not received a refund or response.
