I was contacted by this company after looking for info on a refi online. I was very clear after submitting all of my income and tax information that I didn’t want to have an appraisal or spend money if the income and credit report where not in line. I was assured all was good the appraisal was ordered property appraised well then the issues started coming up and I Kyle was not returning my emails, he was out sick or he was working on it then communication stopped and I received a rejection letter. Don’t deal with this company they get your hopes up and cost you money. He said I don’t get paid if the loan doesn’t go through well he also didn’t pay $500 for an appraisal.

IT IS NOW JANUARY 20TH AN I AM STILL WAITING FOR IT TO BE COMPLETED. BECAUSE OF THE DELAY ON THEIR PART I WAS ORIGINALLY TO GET 6,600 CASH BACK BUT BECAUSE OF THE EXTRA TIME WHICH THEN HAD EXTRA FINANCE CHARGES I AM ONLY GETTING 4000 BACK. BUT THEY DID MESS UP ON ONE OF THE DEBTORS THAT THEY PUT IN THE LOAN THAT WASN'T SUPPOSED TO BE THERE SO I GET THAT MONEY ALSO BUT THAT DOESN'T ERASE THE FACT THAT I LOST 2000 DOLLARS IN INTEREST RATES THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN NEEDED IF THEY HAD PROCESSED MY LOAN ON TIME. I STATED IN EARLY JANUARY THAT IF THE LAON WASN'T DONE AND FUNDED BY THE 26TH I WOULD BE GOING TO ANOTHER LENDER AND THEY SAID THAT WOULD BE NO PROBLEM UP UNITL TODAY WHERE I AM NOW BEING TOLD I CANT EVEN SIGN UNTILL TUESDAY THE 23RD, IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE DONE ON THE 21ST. I just wanted to update the complaint, the company has taken the $1036.36 off of my disclosure statement so that issue has been taken care of. Unfortunately I am still waiting for the loan to be funded and for information on why the appraisal was double what they told me.Thank you

Nathan and his staff did a fabulous job with our re-finance. They were thorough and easy to work with, the process was very painless and went very smooth.
