response because: I have heard that promise before from Paramount Home Equity and have been waiting since July for an answer. The company keeps calling me to ask me to refinance my loan. They have completely eroded my trust and confidence in their business practices. I need results and for them to stop calling me to refinanceI regret having used them to refinance in the first place. I would be agreeable if the company were given a tight timeline in which to respond. ***
Our records indicate we have made numerous attempts to reach the customer: Our servicing director did review this borrower’s loan yesterday and sent a response to Consumer Complaints and attached the Hello Letter and Notice of Servicing transfer letters that were mailed out. In addition, we have called the borrower this morning on both #’s listed and responded to an email that he sent to our inbox this morning, and advised the borrower that his loan was transferred and attached another copy of the Transfer Notice that was sent to himWe haven’t received a response from the borrower as of yet
