After giving me a Loan to pay for Solar Panel installation, they offer me a Morgage Loan modification, I was pre-approved for the underwriter, after 2 weeks of submitted all the requirements and don't hear from LoanPal, I sent emails to the employees on charge od my file they reply after the second attempt. They start to ask me again for all the paperwork and were very unprofessional in the way how they treated me.

Also, I got charge for an appraisal for my house that doesn't even is correct.
