First of all, Paramount is very disappointed that the ***’s had a bad experience with us. We strive to ensure the thousands of customers we help every month have a great experience and end the process with us happy. I have reviewed all of the information I can on the ***’s loan and
wish I had more. Paramount does not record all of its phone calls, so many of the claims Mr*** has about costs changing are difficult to verifyHowever, I was able to verify that the loan officer did say that there would be no fees for this loan. This is a mistake made by the loan officer, as they should have stated we do not charge lender fees. Because of this mistake, we will be refunding the money the ***’s brought into escrow, which is $1,699. This money will be added to the $2,lender credit Paramount gave them to help lower the money required to close the loan. As it relates to Paramount selling their loan, we did in fact do this. As part of our document packages the ***’s signed, it states that we do not service all of our loans and their loan could be sold at any time over the term of their loan. They acknowledged this twice, once when we sent the initial disclosures and another time when they signed their final loan papers. The terms of their loan will not change, just whom they send their payment to. The one phone call we did have recorded the loan officer stated that their loan would be with Paramount and not their old mortgage servicing company. I can see how this could be confusing, as the loan was funded with our money but subsequently sold. Because of this, we will perform additional training to help with this confusion. I am hopeful this resolution is acceptable to the ***’s. I am always disappointed when one of our employees makes a mistake. But, regardless of that mistake, Paramount will always do what’s right for the customer and then use the mistake as a training opportunity

However, my mortgage company has charged me a $fee for a payoff balance request that Paramount Equity requested on or about October 5, 2015. I am also requesting the refund of $for this fee charged to my mortgage account at Bank of America I believe these are all the fees and payment of this will resolve in a final resolution Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: I was told
that credit reports should reflect by December 1stHe agreed that the refinance loan that was written up was not in my best interest. In regards to the rebate that I was promised it seems to be a bait and switch that I found recently in reviewsThe broker/agent promises then when tried to redeem its a constant stream of "well this person no longer works here." There does not seem to be accountability with this company and they seem to let their employees make promises that the company will not back

I am rejecting this response because: Paramount made a promise and did not fulfill their end of the settlement until days after they stated they were mailing the check.At this time, further penalty and consideration needs to be enforced. This was yet a continuation of their bait and switch tactics that lead to this compliant
